Daily Survey Technical Issues Thread

i finally get a ds today on movies for my dd, completed the whole thing and when i go to submit it all i got was a plain blank white page. reported it to gf so hopefully they will fix it. this is the link that came up:

i just got hosed by the same survey! and it took almost 20 minutes!

and now, of course, there are no other surveys available!

I just took a survey on deodorant and when I finished it took me to a page that had a few words in German and nothing else. Should I try for another survey or just keep my fingers crossed that this one will credit?

I did the deodorant survey yesterday with the same german page at the end. It did not credit today- so I would go ahead and try for another survey.

got thru an entire ds this morning on boating and a new gps device and when i went to submit the survey i got the cache-no-cache page. refreshed the page and it went back to the beginning of the survey. started again and a page came up saying that i had already completed the survey. did report this gf so hopefully they can fix this. just thought i would give everyone the heads up about this survey.

I just took a survey on different kinds of shampoo. I got to the very end, and up at the top I could see where it was taking me back to SR for completing the survey, but the whole page was white. Not sure if it will credit or not.

I was just doing a DS for yogurt when I received a message that they would be doing "service" on the survey and to come back later. If only it were that easy to just come back later. I been working on it a good 15 minutes so I had to be near the end too.

My son, 13, took a survey for teens, mainly about movies, but also lots of general questions, it was at least 20 minutes. At the end he got the white completion page, with no way to get back to SR. He usually enjoys the movie surveys, but this one was long and the questions were not really worded well for teens. I didn't tell him he didn't get credit! Usually I don't report the no congrats page ones to greenfield, but this time I did.
