Daily Survey Technical Issues Thread

The book survey never did credit.

I did another survey, so ended up with trifecta today anyway.

So angry! I don't think i've ever not had a DS credit and of course, you can't go back and fix it like you can the OTX and SM. UGH! Wasted a trifecta yesterday too!

I got burned twice today also, once for a beauty supply and once for a moisture remover, both went through the entire survey, even had the "questions for classification only" at the end then both told me I did not qualify instead of taking me to the congratulations page.

I got that same one tonight! It even showed the status bar as it asked numerous questions, and then it says sorry!

i got one this morning on cosmetics and instead of going back to sr after i totally finished it i got a white page that said:
Thank you for sharing your opinions!

We're sorry, but the quota group that you qualified into is complete, so on this occasion, we thank you for your time but will not be asking you to complete the remainder of the survey.

did report this gf so hopefully they will fix it.

Instead of reporting it directly to Greenfield, you should report it via SR. If you go to your main DS page, but instead of clicking on it, go to the bottom of the page, you'll find a link to report problem surveys. I usually keep my problem survey open and use a different window to open and report the problem survey so I can copy and paste the info they request. HTH.

that's what i did...clicked the bottom of the page to report it. it won't go through-keeps giving me an error.

Very strange. I've never had a problem reporting a survey that way. Perhaps someone else will have a better answer. Good luck.

I had one about different vitamins and it gave me an error page partway through. I tried refreshing and it just showed all my previous answers as I went through the survey again. I got the same error message and did report it to GF. Hopefully that one will get fixed.

I just got this one also with the same error message. Reported it to GF.
