Daily Survey Technical Issues Thread

Spent over 45 mins on a survey about funeral services and went through the demo questions at the end and instead of congratulations I got the "Sorry no survey's available for you".

The amount of time I spent on that answering all questions, there's no reason for it other then they have it programmed wrong.

DH had this one a few days ago got to the end and the demographics and got booted, but it was all asked up front too. So he sent an email I hope they listen. He was pretty upset as two before did the same thing!

MaryLynn- for the heads up on the insurance survey. just got it and kept the page open when i got the thank you page from gf it then went to the congrats page. also got the funeral services survey and about halfway thru it it booted me out saying i have no surveys that i qualify for (did not report this to gf). at least i did manage to complete one today. again MaryLynn.

I got the insurance survey as a SM survey and it didn't credit. I'm now at three in a row not crediting for My 2 cents...

i am so sorry that happened to you. did it go back to the congrats page after you got the thank you page from gf? r u able to take another one? makes me wonder if it will credit as a ds on monday if it did not credit for you as a sm survey. hopefully you can get another sm survey this morning and it will credit for you. keep smiling and have a great day.

All three have gone to the "thank you" page just like they should. It was too late last night, so I didn't do another one. Thursday, the first one and the other one didn't credit. Just strange. I didn't even do the two Thursday on the same computer.

has anything changed on your computer lately (settings, cookies, etc) and are you deleting your cookies after you complete your ds? as long as you get the congrats page it should credit so something must be stopping that process. wish i could give you some answers as to why this is happening but i am not all that computer savvy. has this been happening more lately or has this happened prior to last week? all i can say is to keep trying and hopefully you can get a sm survey to credit for you. keep smiling and have a great weekend.

Thanks for the encouragement, marcymajor. I just got one to credit! I don't know what the problem was, but maybe it's over. Of course I've had a few not to credit before, but never three in a row. My dailies and OTX (when I can get them) were crediting fine, and I don't think anything had been changed on the computers.

UGH I had that Funeral survey a few days ago too!! it was a SM survey and i was luckily able to do another one later to get my credit!

I did a DS this morning, one of the 60 minute intereactive ones. i've had a few and good luck with them, but this one.....when i finished and got the congrats page, the link took you to a dead page!! The URL didn't work! It went to the congrats page, click this link to finish your survey, but the link didn't work! I dont' know if it's going to credit or not!!

Do you think i should do another one? I'm trying for the DS bonus at the end of the month! I dont' want to miss a DS!

i know this is not really a technical issue but why is it when you get the survey that asks what day of the week yesterday was and you put in the right day you always seem to get booted out and get the page that you don't qualify for any surveys?
