Daily Survey Technical Issues Thread

Kind of weird, might have just been my problem, but just in case it's bigger...DS and I did a toys/games survey on the 16th (it asked him to come to the computer), and it did NOT credit. It was a longer one, especially just getting INto the thing, and I had to keep a 5 year old close to bedtime interested in it, then I had to answer tons of questions after his part was done...it's just really too bad it didn't credit...wanted to "warn" others of it.

Have done 2 commercial surveys today - ones where you watch several commercials and then answer questions about one in particular. I don't understand what is the problem, but after getting a long ways into the survey, both have suddenly said I don't qualify. The second one let me go a lot further, to the point where it seemed I was nearly done - then tells me I don't qualify! grr And I had answered the questions honestly and favorably, too, so I really don't know why I'd be told I don't qualify. Reported both.

Just took a great one on what I use for travel, about 3 questions and maybe 2 minutes long. I was so surprised when that Congrats popped up, thought for sure it would be try again

So if you've been struggling with end of the month/year slim pickins, maybe there's some good surveys still out there, go get 'em!

I agree that surveys are out there (the weekend was hard, though), but I just got one probably over an hour....question after question after question....they had a "what are your thoughts about this survey" box at the end..."very very very long" was what I wrote.

i can't get a survey today no matter what i do. i've had two surveys stop working on me in the middle today.

just spent over 30 minutes on a survey about dog treats and also had to watch a series of commercials. completed the entire survey and instead of getting the congrats page i got this message on a generic white page:

That absolutely irritates me to no end, its like I didnt agree with them or something so they just ignore my opinion and disqualify me.

I just took the same survey, I think, and I got the congrats page. Sorry you didn't!! I really hate when that happens especially on the last day of the year when surveys are getting a little harder to get!! Good Luck in getting another survey.

Karn- for your kind words, they are really appreciated a lot. i waited a little while after getting that survey and tried again and managed to get another ds on a certain fast food restaurant and got the congrats page. again and have a wonderful new years.

I got the same thing this morning! Mine was about pain relievers. I was kinda dumbfounded after I'd spent a good 20-30 minutes trying to get through it and then go that message. And I was so excited to qualify for my FIRST survey of the year (yes, it's taken 4 days for me to get one!!!).
