i'm sorry to hear that your surveys are not crediting. has anything changed on your computer lately (settings, cookies, etc.)? are you getting credit for other surveys you have taken (amp, my 2 cents) and offers you have done? it seems kind of odd that this would be happening to you - is this something new or has this been going on for a while? i'm not all that computer savvy so i really can't tell you what to look for. maybe someone else will see this and be able to help you. again, really sorry about all this. try and have a good rest of the day and keep smiling - it will get better.
