Daily Survey Technical Issues Thread

if anyone gets a survey about ice cream, beware, it goes on FOREVER, has multiple pages with hundreds of boxes to click, and does NOT give the congrats page at the end. i just wasted over 1/2 hour on it while having a carpal tunnel flare-up, so needless to say, i am NOT a happy camper. i have many more choice words about this survey, but i'll keep them to myself.

thank you my husband was a little confused by my sudden crying jag. oh well, i guess i'll re-try the DS later. i reported to GF, so maybe this will be fixed soon.

Same thing happened to me yesterday with the Toluna cosmetics survey. I had answered alot of questions and thought I was near the end and expected to see the congrats screen. I was at least 15 minutes into that when I got the do not qualify. I had given my opinion of many cosmetic companies and all of a sudden you didn't qualify. I didn't do a TT either because it said I didn't qualify.

Same thing twice today with two different surveys about diapers. Watched 20+ minutes of commercials on the second one! So frustrating!

had a diaper survey that did the same thing to me today; I really don't like it when that happens, grrr, and it seems to happen with those sorts of surveys quite often anymore (to me, anyway!). fortunately, did manage to get another one.

I just finished a diaper survey and got the congrats page. Sorry some of you had trouble!

I just had one that I was 82 questions into on cameras (I know because it showed the count of each question) and it told me I didn't qualify. Off to try another, but man I would think they could have figured out I didn't qualify after less than 82 answers!

Okay I got another one, but got a generic white thank you you have finished the survey page at the end. I reported it, but I can't remember if this counts as completing one for the day or not. It was on motor oils if anyone else has done this one.

I had the same survey over the weekend and the same results. I think I completed 81 questions and then it started the demographics questions and the next thing I know I was told that I don't qualify. Watch out for that one.

I got the same one and got the white page. I reported it as well. I did complete another survey because I was not sure.
