Double credit - Surveyhead

Hi Tricia,

I have been starting to do surveys in earnest and try to keep track of each one that I do/complete. Today, my account shows 2 credits for Surveyhead, both credited on June 8. #1980151 and 1979885. Is that possible?

I recorded a survey that my son took but I don't remember if I did one also. Would that count for 2 surveys? Will you please check if both credits are legitimate? I certainly want to keep on the up and up with Sunshine and the survey companies.

Thank you for all you do. It has been exciting to see 6 survey opportunities every day with the scratch-off too!

Very interesting. Looks like it is part of the system glitch that happened today. I'll email SunshineGuy and see what it is. If it isn't too widespread, it might be easier for us just to let everyone keep the double credits. If it was huge, I may have to manually go through the credits for awhile and see what's up.

Tricia I actually got double credits for YTC and SSI both. I got credited for them yesterday when I took them. I took them both yesterday and got credit yesterday. I took them both this morning and got credited for 6/7 again and 6/8 so I have 3 credits for each instead of 2 for each.

ACTUALLY I think I got double credits for both 6/7 and 6/8 for YTC here is what I have:

Oh, boy. I don't know what SG did while I was at lunch but I have a feeling it's a bigger mess than I first thought. I'll forward this example to him as well so he can try to pinpoint what he restored that he shouldn't have.

Unfortunately, we can't do anything about survey credits. Unless it's some kind of mass issue with the survey system that we look for trends in, we are pretty much out of luck on them if they do not credit right.
