tried refreshing the page and all i kept getting was the above message. reported it to gf so hopefully they will fix it. bright side, i was able to get another ds, totally completed it and got the congrats page.
I just got that one too but I finished it and got the congrats page, so maybe it's your computer or just an unlucky glitch...but it worked perfectly for me, so definitely not a survey problem.
