I have an adorable pair of red mary jane wedges with thin tailored bows on the tops that I got at Payless, probably three or four years ago on clearance for $4. They are STILL my #1 favorite pair of shoes! I wasn't sure what they would go with when I bought them, but it turned out that I actually had a lot of outfits that went perfectly with the color of the shoes.

Isn't is amazing?? I was thinking the same thing when I bought my first pair of red shoes......but I do wear them a lot and get a lot of compliments.

Years ago I bought a royal blue pair of shoes. I loved those shoes. I wore them until they fell apart. I haven't been able to find anything I like since.

I think I may just go shopping again. I need a pair of loden/sage green shoes.....might as well look for royal blue ones too. On shoebuy you can search by color.

Oh ballet flats are all the rage and in ANY color especially metallics. Metallics can make jeans look dressy. I am looking for (gasp) leggings, I know, so 90's but they look so cute with all of the new longer baby doll shirts and throw in a pair of ballet flats and it is just so cute and comfortable. I cant wear ballet flats with my jeans because they are all so long and I like to wear heels with them so I cant just alter them shorter. If I can find the right pants I am ordering some ballet flats for winter.
