Survey problems or questions etc.

That's what I'm telling them, that I use a shampoo brand that isn't listed, then it just takes me to a yellow page that says surveys aren't available and doesn't route back to SR like it usually does if there aren't any surveys avail... I'm glad you're getting your SH's though, just hoping they take this particular survey out of the rotation soon b/c it seems like there's a glitch with it!

uh-oh....at the end of my DS, i got the congrats page, clicked the link to go back to the SR main page, and it took me to the login page!

Just tried SH again and for the first time in 3 days didn't get the shampoo part and actually got and completed a SH!!! It's like magic! Wooooo! Sorry, I'm a little loopy from all the snow/ snow days here...

Well I just got a different one too, asking me a question that I must have given the wrong answer to...immediately got the boot. I'll keep trying, happy that I'm not getting that shampoo survey anymore.

I am having no luck today!! Finally get a survey, and then it doesn't credit. I thought that it looked a bit weird, it was an AMP but just didn't end the way it was supposed to. the wording was all wrong. now i'm out of luck as it won't let me take another one! bad day!

I did one too with the same strange wording at the end....mine didn't credit either....was it a

type survey by any chance?

I had that same AMP, that's why I love this thread. I check it everytime I start taking surveys just to see if there have been any problems. Then if I have problems, I check again. My survey didn't credit either. I am afraid to clear cookies to try again. My SSi(2) took two hours to credit and I had almost cleared to try again. I finsihed the AMP at 2:30 so I might just wait one more time until 5, but I doubt it will credit now that others are reporting the same thing. Yes, it was of a personal topic...

I got the 'personal' one yesterday and it did credit on the hour when it was supposed to, but today I keep getting the shampoo one and I get bounced out because I don't use any of the brands listed.
