Survey problems or questions etc.

just did my ds from gf and when i clicked on the green gf box the demo page opened in a new window. is this something new as it did not do this yesterday when i took my ds? any info you can give would be greatly appreciated.

I am having problems as well. The demo screen included an extra box that said something about "I would like to do Toluna surveys". didn't check that off, click start and it just sits there,does not load. got out, cleared, tried again, that new box is gone this time but when I click "start survey" nothing happens.

When I clicked on the DS this morning, it did open in another window. I was able to fill out my demo information and start a survey. I completed the survey (and got the congrats screen) without any problems.

I did have the question about taking Toluna surveys checked.

i'm having the same issue right now, only i DID check the extra box. it just sits there...nothing happens. i click "start survey" and the button won't click. HELP!

okay, i restarted my computer, cleared cookies, etc...still having the same issue.

All I get is the page where you check off the qualifiying statements and there is nothing there other than one box that says 'none of the above' and there isn't anything above. I've tried checking the box, start survey, but it never loads. I only use IE for SR as well.

I had GF pop up in a new tab yesterday for me. I thought it was a little different, but it completed and creditted like normal, so no big deal. I do have my IE settings set to open link in new tab rather than new window though so it's less annoying.

Also was able to get and complete a GF this morning with that box checked. Again, I use IE exclusively for SR. I'm not sure if that will help solve any problems, but it might not hurt to try.

Just a heads up....SSI just had a different look too. I did get and complete a survey that should credit at 1. The new look is after the page with your DOB, there are a bunch of demographic questions. Again, not a big deal...if this helps them weed out some of the surveys I don't qualify for, I'm all for it.

Was it about a mobile phone panel? I got that one--you need to confirm your email. Once I did that, it DID take me to the star page and DID credit.

Same thing here- it went to the star screen after I confirmed my e-mail. And it credited on the next hour.

Wow....that's weird. I don't think i've seen one like that before. of course, now it's been about 1-1/2 hrs since I finished that survey, and i did clear cookies to do the GF, so i'll be buying lottery tickets tonight if it credits!
