Survey problems or questions etc.

SSI2...How do you get this? I cleared my cookies after taking SSI, finished the survey, got the how did you like it page, and it seemed as if all was fine. Can I not take this if I got SSI? Never been able to get credit, even though I have done the surveys. Figured I must be missing something! Thanks!

Are you waiting to clear cookies until AFTER your first SSI credits? That's the only thing I can think of. You can certainly take both the SSI and SSI2 on the same day. I usually do the first one, wait til it credits, then clear cookies and usually will try for the SSI2 later in the day then depending on how much time I have...

Other than that, sounds like you're doing everything right, hope you start getting them soon!

just spent over 45 minutes doing a ds on a particular sleep aid, had to watch videos, pick out products that i would want to purchase, give my opinion on one of the videos and after spending all that time (i went very very slowly) a white page came up saying that i did not qualify. oh well, you win some you lose some. on the bright side i was able to get another ds right away on health products, completed it and got the congrats page.

I took this same survey and was able to complete it and get credit. Sorry you didn't.

i was just in the middle of doing a mv about television providers and on demand programming and i went to submit it and a white page came up saying that ie cannot display the webpage. refreshed the page and another page came up saying that i had already completed the survey and instead of going back to the mv home page it went to the survey company hosting the survey and of course no credit. now mv has no new surveys for me. oh well, you win some you lose some. guess i can try mv later and hopefully they will add some new surveys. if not, that's okay too. good luck everyone in getting your surveys today.

I just got the same survey. It went to the Do Not Qualify white page for me as well, after I completed it.

when we have these sort of problems on GF DS are we still suppose to be reporting them? I've a had a couple in the past few days and do report them but we used to get credit from GF for those and I haven't seen a credit come through in weeks if not months. Just wondering.

Pam-i still report any problems or errors i get when i do a ds from gf. it can't hurt to report the problems so at least they know that a problem exists and they can either fix the survey or remove it. HTH.

I have had the same problem. I have not been able to get many SSI2s (time has not been my friend lately!). When I have, I have cleared cookies a while after getting my SSI credit, completed, got the star page, left the final page up for a while, and still never got credit. I have had spotty luck with surveys lately anyway, so I do not try for SSI2 much to begin with. I hope I eventually do get credit when I try!

I've had problems in the past with getting the second to credit and this is what I've been doing lately with no problems so far.....

Clear cookies first thing in the morning
Try SSI, DON'T click on SSI2 at all until you get an SSI survey and it credits.
Clear cookies again and try for SSI2

I think the problems have to do with clicking back and forth between the two until you get one...try this and see what happens.

I do exactly as Pam suggests and when I'm able to get SSi2 it credits fine.

Other surveys lately? Geez-3 today that I complete, click and then get either the flag page(ssi), error message(on GF) or an MV that credits back to a MV page that I've never seen before and no credit.
