I see a lot of people placed orders on 4/1/2011 at Drugstore.com....me too!

My order has shipped and may very well be waiting for me when I get home tomorrow from vacation. My purchase is still not appearing in my account. I know that I can't fill out a TT yet, but I am wondering if anyone else has had their's credit yet.

I got my order and it did pend. i'm just missing 1 of my 3 ebay orders, everything else showed up like it should.

My drugstore.com order didn't pend yet either and I received it a couple of days ago. Off to file a TT for you, hopefully you find it?

I received my drugstore.com order yesterday and it also went into pending yesterday. I have not had my Lowes order go into pending yet though, so I will go file a TT for that one. Thanks for letting us know Tricia!

After reading this I saw that none of my purchases are pending. I went to file a TT and when I was asked to select a merchant "Shoes.Com" was not there??
I know we get 6% back and I did click thru the SR link... is my computer wacky or is it me??

I just checked on mine for you and I don't see it listed in that drop down box either but it is listed on the shopping drop down? Maybe file a TT Question and ask Tricia what should you do?

That would mean that we don't have a record of you clicking through the SR link. If you are positive that you clicked through us, it is possible that you weren't logged in. You'll have to file it as a regular trouble ticket but explain that to Ashleigh.
