Survey problems or questions etc.

I did a DS on toy blasters from survey money surveys, didn't go back to sunshine, it went to survey monkey. I know several of you have said you copy the URL or whatever, but then what do you do with that information to try to get credit? I am going out of town today and I hate that I did a whole survey and won't get credit now. I did copy the thankyou shttps://www.surveymonkey.com/s_thankyou.aspx?sm=25cQv%2fsux%2f%2fyURt6qHg%2bVz6 HiNQgyvOHmYs%2b48HYmb4%3d&c=201094creen , but don't know what to do with it. Help!

Just finished the same survey and mine went to Survey Monkey also. I did file a report with Greenfield asking if this was normal. To file with Greenfield you go back to the original Greenfield page for surveys and there is a link at the bottom to report problems. That is where you paste the URL info and give them a description of what heppened. In the past, they used to check it out and we would get credit for completed surveys and reported problems, but I haven't received credit for any reported problems for a loooooonnnnng time. Now, it's seems it's just to let them know when a survey is not working.

Hopefully, since it happened to both of us, it is just a new ending for that particular survey and we will get credit. I will keep my fingers crossed!

i just spent over 30 minutes doing a sh on beer and instead of giving me the thank you page and re-routing back to sr a page came up saying that my survey had been recorded, so no credit. oh well, you win some you lose some. guess i can try again later. good luck everyone in getting your surveys today.

Instead of the regular congrats screen, I just got the following message upon completing a GF DS:

We are currently experiencing technical difficulties. Please try again after a few minutes.


Anyone else getting this?

Wierd!! Just finished a SH on ads....got to the end, got the thank you for completing page, then it went back to SR but no credit!! That has never happened before

just tried to do a samplicio and instead of sending me to a survey i got the following error message:
Server error

404 - File or directory not found.
The resource you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable

just did an ssi2 and after completing the survey and getting the star page i did not get the page that says this survey has been succesfully submitted. all i got was a plain blank white page. do u think it will credit? help. my ssi2 just credited. woo hoo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just completed a My View Survey. But it says My View is down for maintenance. ugh!

i just totally completed an amp and right at the end when i went to submit it either the survey died or my computer died. hit refresh and a page came up saying i did not qualify for the survey. tried to take another one and i got the this is embarrassing page. guess it won't credit. oh well, you win some you lose some. maybe i'll just try the long amp in a little while. good luck everyone in getting your surveys today.

I did a myview yesterday, and another today. Neither one credited. I've never had a problem getting credit for them before. I did have some computer trouble yesterday, so it could just be me, but the other surveys I've done have credited with no problem.... Anyone else having trouble getting myview to credit?

Actually today is the first time I've ever had a MyView not credit for me. I noticed when I completed it today that instead of saying how many points I would have earned if I were a "myview member" it just said something along the lines of a thank you for completing this survey and then routed me as usual when it DOES credit. But it's been almost 2 hours now and no credit, so something weird happened. I'll give it a try again after I try the others eventually, but you're not alone!

eta: I just tried again a bit ago, got a myview that was only 5 minutes long and FUN! and it credited really quickly! Must have just been a temporary glitch or something
