SM issues....

Got the email about making SM for the quarter. Already got credit for reviewing a merchant.

But I have a couple of issues with the other SM stuff in the email. I did as the email suggested to register in the forums as a SM-but my forum page hasn't changed. Didn't there used to be a SM section? Even though I've been a SM for a year-I haven't been able to view the SM section of the forum since quarter #2.

and that leads me to my second issue-haven't been able to get SM credit for the Y02 survey since quarter #2 either. Y02 in the regular link credits fine-but when I take them from the link in the SM lounge-they don't credit. Think someone else has this issue as well.

Any suggestions? Help?

PS: couldn't get a GF today, so I can't see if that SM issue is resolved or not-and frankly, I'm a bit nervous to try and-and have it not credit.

I applied for the SM forum this morning and got approved fairly quickly. The forum should be below Technical Issues on the main forum page. Did you just apply late last quarter or maybe used the wrong password?

About the SM survey issue, I haven't tried to do one, but another person who was having the same issue as you posted she got credit for the SM link today. I would think that would mean it is hopefully fixed for you too?

That was me. I have been a SM for over a year but beginning with the last quarter on July 1 I was unable to get SM to credit and finally gave up and just did Y2C. Tricia checked from her end and couldn't see any reason why it was happening. Today I took the SM survey and it did credit.

I do now see the SM section so that's a good thing.

Haven't tried surveys yet, but I'll give the SM link a try SCard when/if I get a GF and report back. Glad to know that you got credit.
