I think it is. The last 2 GTM's I took I thought it seemed as if I completed them and it just gave me that same "thanks for your participation" screen. Didn't credit either time. I forget what it's says when you finish one that will actually credit. Something makes me think there's something else added to that little statement but can't remember what...it's been awhile
Well, at least I know what it means now! I can't complain though, as I have had 6 to credit today!
