completed a DS about 11:40 pm ET, which should have credited on the midnight hour...it didn't. it's now the 1:00am hour ET, and STILL no credit. i am NOT a happy camper. i took the survey specifically for it to credit just after midnight, so it would count toward tomorrow, because i'm going to be pressed for time in the morning, now i'm still going to be pressed for time, because the stupid thing didn't credit! 
oh yeah, i forgot to mention, the survey asked me to name a bunch of insurance companies.
