Survey problems or questions etc.

Yesterday was the worse survey day ever. I had a SSI, SSI2 and Samplicious that never credited. My DH completed a DS and after he put in the verification code, it went to a generic white page that said "Terminated". Finally, SH has not been working at all for me the last three days. I cannot progress beyond the word verification page and when I do, I get a white page that says "Bad Request". I have had a few crediting problems before but nothing like yesterday.

Edited to say: Nothing is crediting again tonight. Took SSI, SSI2 and two Samplicious surveys and none of them have credited. Still can't get SH to work. I am getting the completion pages but no credits. The only surveys working for me are the DS and MV (which has no surveys available). I have never had problems with these surveys before and I am using the same browser as I have in the past.
