Surveys not crediting question

took a DS on toys, asked if I would join their community said yes, put in the code and got the congrats page but no credit

Anyone get credit for a GF at the top of the hour? I just took one on protein choices that didn't credit. Wondering if GF is running behind....

I just took an SSI on ice cream and it DID credit. It might have been a different survey, or maybe they have fixed it. I got worried about half way through since I remembered someone had one that didn't credit, but it worked out fine this time.

anyone else having issues with SSI tonight? took one on new food at conv. stores that didnt credit, thought maybe hadnt cleared cookies so I did and just took one on walking dead tv show and again no credit......?????

I took an SSI earlier today with no problems.

Also, Mellymel, I'm not a mod, but you're not supposed to name brands in surveys because it's against the rules.

My DH completed a SSI2 survey this evening that did not credit.
