    Completed a Live Sample this morning which routed through Toluna. Got the code to enter at the end and the thank you page. No credit!

    There is definitely something wrong with Live; it has been red non-stop since last Monday at around this time. One full week with no credits.

    Nothing from Tricia as to whether or not they are no longer participating in SR. I have been a member for almost 3 years and have never seen one survey company be "down" for this long.

    I have friends that are members of other reward sites, so I asked about Live there, they said Live is crediting where they do surveys. It has to be a issue here. We have not heard anything from Trish, hopefully someone will read these post and look into site issues with Live.

    I hadn't had any problems at all until Friday and was getting credit for surveys that others were not. SSI has remained green so I guess people are having to take 3-4 to get the credits.

    Sad thing is that SSIs are usually the ones that are green on Mondays/Holidays and in 2 weeks they won't be an option anymore.

    Live has been red for a week now; wonder if they have withdrawn from SR too.
    I think it's a handful of people that have a problem with SSI. The thing is, the problem has been a rather extended one, lasting for more than a week now for some of us. I got one total in the last week and had to use a different computer for that. When I tried again the next day, it didn't credit. I can't figure out what my problem is.....I wish I could!

    I just did the tea one with SSI-2 and I'll let you know if it credits.

    Edit-I got credit for the tea survey on my first top of the hour.

    just keeps getting worse, my ssi 2 and sm didnt credit tonight

    I'm totally perplexed. Let me run some reports and see if maybe they accidentally dropped our pixel? If that is the case, we might be able to get all of the credits back through the reports.

    So the LiveSample API is erroring out. But we have all of the data!! I'll manually credit a batch up until now, so feel free to keep taking them. We hope to hear back from them tomorrow to get the autocreditor working again. But until we do, we can continue to manually credit them once a day.

    Thank you! I was very surprised to log in and see the credit for the Live Sample survey that I took this morning. I thought it was a lost cause. You made my day!

    Fantastic news! And based on OhMari's comment, I'm willing to give SSI another shot....tomorrow. It's too late for them tonight! I had been intending to give them a few days rest to see if that helped at all....hopefully it will.
