Surveys not crediting question

I took a GF and it did not credit, I see the light is red, I am not sure if anyone else tried today or it is just not crediting. I saw 2cents was green so I would think it is not a issue with the credit, but mine did not on the 1st hour.

tried with no luck this AM, but have had a few DS recently that credited on the 2nd hour, kind of suprised as that is rare for GF.
