Surveys not crediting question

I am having a horrible time with GF lately it goes right to no surveys today page. Today when I tried after several attempts, it gave me 1 to get in, and of course it was one that I know I have taken in the past by Hall & Partners, and I do not care how much time you spend of it, I never got a completion out of it. I let myself get booted so I could try another, and all the rest of the day story. If I try a couple of different times, going back and forth, I can see options then they close up very fast, and it goes to try again tomorrow. Anyone else having this same thing happen to them?

Got no surveys before work (tried several times) and again tonight - same thing sorry no surveys try again tomorrow. Getting this along with 8-10 minutes on surveys and then getting booted Get into Hall and Parters and MMR which never end well for me.
