Surveys not crediting question

Anyone else having issues with MV/Live??

A MV yesterday afternoon did not credit and 2 Lives today....

Added to the GF on Monday and the month is NOT starting out well.

I took a Live today that did not credit.

My LIVE should have credited at 9 and it did NOT. It was on magazines

took a chance on Live this morning because everything except DS was red. Not a good decision, it did not credit.

I read that Live and My view have a new reporting system, I sent a email to Trish to alert her. It should be tracking the completions from what I understand, Trish needs to makes adjustment on her end. At least this is what I think from what I read.

Just heard back from them. Apparently they decided to switch to an entirely new system without telling any of their affiliates. I have added the new coding for both of them. But two things...

1) We are still waiting on the back credits from the last 24 hours, which they said they will load in for us.

2) The new credits will NOT automatically appear in your account because we need to now add the programming on OUR side to pull the credits. So it may be this evening before we get all of that complete.

If you complete a survey, post it here and I will go in and manually check on them just to make sure they are coming in.

Anything since the time that I made the link changes. The stuff from before that we are just going to have to wait until they dump the data in.
