Surveys not crediting question

Just completed a RFG3 on soups- even got the proper completion screen at the end, but it did not credit. Fingers crossed hoping it still comes over . . . .

Never credited . . . I had hoped it would since I got the proper completion screen at the end. I could have used that $1 since things are slowing down for the end of the month

Also did a HarrisPoll during lunch that still has not credited . . .

Same for me completed ads survey with Say so and no credit, with red light, must be something wrong if it happening to several today and yesterday.

Just did another Research for Good, one of the ones with the ads and slider bars, and got the proper completion screen again, and again no credit . . .

Something must be up . . .

I just emailed Research for Good to see what's up. It's normal to have 1 here or there not come through as an error. But we shouldn't see more than 1 or 2 total in a day.

It looks like there might only be 3 of you who are missing credits from today? Does that sound right?

It looks like 3 today, and 1 yesterday which I took 3 on Saturday and all were fine, so the problem must have started on Sunday.
