Surveys not crediting question

Completed one Opinion Survey this morning that did not credit. Completed another one tonight on NCAA Basketball and credit cards, 3 hours later, not credit

I stopped doing one Opinion Survey's, I never get credit from them. I see it green sometimes and I try it, then I cold kick myself, because I don't receive credit. I wonder if they have a block on my email.
