I think I am banned from Greenfield/Toluna, I never ever have a survey. Should I contact you by email Tricia, it would be nice to know if I am banned or not.

happened to me March 2014 when they updated their server, I went from getting DS at least 95% of the time and SM maybe 70%. all of sudden every time I tried got "sorry try again tomorrow". some months I got 4 DS, finally just about one year after the issue started it stopped and I was getting DS/SM as I had before. Can't offer any suggestions, just wanted to say that I know how it feels. good luck. Tricia checked with GF for me and they said there was nothing out of the ordinary with my account.

Wow, just got DS credit 3rd day in a row, this has not happened since the end of June before the problems started. Is it possible that the crediting issue is fixed? and it credited instantly!

do I dare try SM tonight?

I also got credit last couple of days, it is back to crediting at the top of the hour, I watched it today.

I sent out a mass email yesterday as soon as I got the news. It sounds like it is fixed!!

I read the news in your e-mail but was afraid to believe as they had told you several times before that it was fixed and it wasn't. Sure hope it is true this time.
Is it OK to try SM/YTC?

thank you so much for all your efforts to get our credits for us, if not for that I would have stopped taking DS months ago.
