I just clicked on the link too and it told me the page was not found and routed me to the main page. Maybe there was only a limited number of gift cards?

Where do you register your email address at?
On the side bar where it's says enter your email address here for Lastest News or at the top right hand side to register for an account to shop with them.

I just clicked it too to see and it looks like the promo may be over. You entered your email at a specific page on their site, it was separate from the email newsletter signup.
