I just tried to do my daily survey. Monster error message--won't even let you get started. HELP!!!

They had a much shorter message not too long ago about undergoing site mainenance. Not sure how long it will be for.

We're all getting it. I'm sure it's on Greenfield's side and we'll just have to wait it out. Frustrating for sure, but the nature of the beast.

Let me tell you, this is not positive reinforcement for the if I do x task, I can do my survey plan.

YUP, I just got this monster message about an error connecting to blah blah blah.....guess we need to keep checking back-grrrr!!!!

I got the monster error message too after I had 2 surveys die on me when I got to the LAST PAGE....

I too got the monster message, thinking it was just me....

and now when I go to SR Home page ...it comes up Log In page..I click on Log In and it goes right to the page with my name on it?? weird..me or my computer??

I have had that message for two days - I cleared cookies and it doesn't help. I tried different stats (my DH and I ) and I used the labtop and still got that message. I can not even try for the .90 - it will not let me in.
