Just finished a 35/45 minute survey on HDTV and went through the entire survey, completed the for clarifications questions, the bar was 99% complete and I got an internal error message. I refreshed teh page and it waid I already completed the survey but I clicked back into SR and it did not credit to the account that I completed it.
I got that same survey this morning and the exact same thing happened to me too I was able to complete another one a bit later though....Good Luck, it's very frustrating at times!
