My mom is a SR member and is trying to sign on and she's getting the message "Your account has not been activated yet".
What should she do?

I am not sure but maybe she needs to click an activation link in an e-mail... It seems so long ago since i joined i do not remember....

PM me with her info, maybe she never did received her confirmation email.

She's already a member and has earned over $20! That's why I don't understand it.

I bet that she went inactive from not logging in for X number of months. If that is the case, we just reactivate the account and all of her money is still in there.

Perhaps she is one of the ones I had to deactivate because of the report from the advertisers for duplicate IP's. I can check if you PM me with her name.
