I have really exciting news about a new opportunity for members to earn rewards. We have partnered with Radio Loyalty for you to earn credits when you listed to music!

The process is very simply. Just click on your Radio Loyalty link through Sunshine Rewards and it will open up a new browser tab for you. Choose the station that you want to listen to (it defaults to Top 40). After 8-10 minutes, a CAPTCHA will pop up. Every time you successfully enter one, .01 will be automatically added to your account. No waiting and you can see the credits immediately in your account!

How long did you leave it on the station. Through all of the testing we have done, this is the first time that anyone hasn't had the CAPTCHA pop up. I've been listening for about 4 hours now...but using Chrome. I would say that it is taking about 10 minutes to come up.

You can actually be on different tabs. I have Chrome opened listening to the music but I am doing all of my work in Firefox.

(and I checked on the Disney ticket...they declined it because they said you clicked through "another channel" which usually means an email from them or another advertisement of theirs)

I am using IE. I opened a new window with the Radio Loyalty site and am using another IE window for the other things I am working on. I don't have my IE windows full screen so they are more or less side by side. The CAPTCHA has been coming up about every 10 minutes like it should.

I've gotten 10 credits so far today. Once the Captcha didn't popup but I left it there and it keep popping on and off under the ads, not enough time for me to type in the code. It finally popped up and stayed, I kept clicking the volume on and off. Must have been a glitch because it seems to be working fine now.

I've had that, too, for a minute or so. But I just let it sit there and eventually it came back every time.

I'm having no problems getting credits. Playing it and listening is a little bit of a pain because it's choppy and the commercials are very loud. It also slows down other things. I've switched to plahing it on my netbook so I can work on my pc without interruptions.

Yes, working great. I work from home and it is very easy to just leave it on in the background when I am doing mindless stuff. It does slow down my network a a bit, as others have noted, but with high speed internet it shouldn't be too much of a problem.

I'm not sure if they check by IP address at all. I think our system only lets 6 per hour though. :( But if you kept them both on, you wouldn't have to worry about moving to a different part of the house to enter the CAPTCHA every time.

I have finally been able to get on the computer long enough to give this a shot. How do you all get other things done while listening and still know when the captcha pops up? I have only caught it twice because I happen to click onto that tab and its there. Does it make any kind of noise or make the tab blink? how are you guys able to be productive at the same time lol. I feel like I am missing something

Glad to hear it!! I rarely have time to do a lot of the stuff on SR, but I have to say that I have been using Radio Loyalty myself quite a bit. I just have to remember to turn it on at the start of the day!

Tried to do this, but all I get is a black screen with a little popup where I thought I could click on and sign up, but the link isn't working. My little cursor arrow doesn't change to tell me there's an active link. Maybe it's my computer, but I thought I would check to see if that's the correct start screen to sign up.

You actually don't have to sign up. Just click on the link here at SR. A new window will open. Then once that page is done downloading-you'll see on the right hand side other types of music. Click on your favorite then after it plays for awhile(5-10 minutes), a captcha will show up. Fill that in, click and you should get credit here at SR immediately.

But...I filled in the captcha this afternoon and it didn't credit. That's a first. But, it's been a weird(and not good) survey day for me today, so maybe it's computer gremlims....

I guess it probably depends on your Internet connection and how much bandwidth you get. It is streaming constantly, so it is definitely going to use up some of your bandwidth. I have not noticed that my computer is any slower. But I also tend to use it all day while I am the only one in the house so there isn't anyone else trying to stream movies or anything at the same time. I will say that I streamed it at the same time as C-Span video yesterday and both of them played fine.

I do notice that sometimes when certain commercials are playing. If I wait until the commercial is over, it usually sits there normally.

I noticed the same thing. I also have had lots of issues with not getting credit a few times and my computer has error messages as well. I cleared cookies and there were 149! I only had done one SSI survey so it was all radio... so apparantly my computer is not liking the extra advertising.

Everytime I put the phrase in the first time it says I entered incorrectly...and I know I have not...I do a second one and it takes...but never first one...

I haven't been using them as often. I have both a slow connection and an older computer. The new captcha's with the video ads run very slowly for me-and it's very difficult to enter the captchas-multiple key strokes etc.

The only think I really don't like is that the commercials are so loud.
I set the music to a certain level but then the commercials come on blaring. But, it's been crediting for me with no problems at all.

I'm backing off a while. I've had a few trojans. I've been fine when not using it and then when I start up again another trojan appears. I have pretty good virus protection and it always catches it right away but not sure I want to chance this every time I use the radio station. I like it but not sure of it's safety at this point.

I no longer use it because I had a ton of trojans after using the radio and had to spend $200 to have them removed. I had AVG and Norton on my system at the time

I was concerned when this was mentioned and I looked at my security, the last time anything was caught on my PC was twice on 6/8, so no idea where those came from. I would think if the radio was causing anything it would have happened to me last week because I practically had it going non-stop. :D

I have not noticed any viruses, but it keeps refreshing on me, and therefore resets the timer.

I turned it on at 7:55. It refreshed itself at 8:03, 8:11 and 8:17. So here it is 8:23 and I haven't had one captcha - and therefore no money.

It doesn't do this every day, but enough that I am getting aggravated.

I have a virus that they can't get rid of. I don't think it came from listening to this radio station. I have been listening on my netbook which is old and I haven't had any problems at all.

The virus is one that "they" aren't sure where it cam from but many people are getting it. You get background music and ads even when you haven't connected to the internet yet - really weird.

I was told it could have come on a rewards site where you click on things for money. So, I only use this site and one other one. Again, never a problem on my netbook.

So, just be cautious on the things you click on. I have very good virus protection but this is a new one that many people are getting. it could come from an email or even and ad you clicked on by mistake somewhere on the internet.
