Thank you for the Survey Problem credit. All in all, between the follow-up survey and this credit, that survey was worth the trouble and time.

glad you got the survey problem credit, I got nothing for the close to an hour I spent on the survey that had a problem. a waste of my time

thank you. just very frustrated with ON after last week. I make sure I take as long as they say the survey should take (write down the time I start) give thoughtful answers and had a lot of them not credit or got that my profile did not meet the requirements..... all the ones that I had problems with over $1.00. Tried using another browser too.

Thanks Tricia, I thought something was wrong, over the Easter Weekend, I did at least 10 surveys, and I realized nothing was crediting, I kept getting the "you don't qualify now for this survey". It just happened again on a Disney Travel Survey, I don't think they liked my answers. It was a 10 minute survey, that lasted over 10 minutes. Maybe it is doing the opposite, take too long and you get booted.

tried e-mailing Opinion Network today, completed a $3.20 Business Decisonmaker Study and of course no credit at the end I got:
"you don't qualify".

Over $10 in surveys in the last week that I have completed and not been paid for.

very frustrating to even try ON anymore, either I complete them and get nothing or see a lot of higher value ones this week and every one I click into I get the message that I do not qualify. why are they on my list if I don't qualify as soon as I click on it. I would rather be disqualified right away than after completing one but sure seems like a big tease to see these $2-6.00 surveys and never get in.

yes, got a reply that my request had been received and was being reviewed by their support staff.

Hope they have some info for me; I am at a loss as to why I have had so many surveys that end up with an error or "my profile does not match".

I know for a fact that she copied in the tech people and told them to let her know any time an inquiry like this is received so that she could make sure it was resolved. Apparently they didn't do that.

I've forwarded this along to her. They are in Denver so it will be a couple of hours before I hear anything back, but I will update when I do.

I think what he is saying to you, is the account we all have at Survey downline he added the money. If you recall in the beginning it showed we had money there. I went at looked treid to cash out and of course that did not work at all.

I'm wondering if that is the problem, too, because sometimes they have other partners who DO use that system instead of their own systems like we do. I have emailed them again. :)

They did deposit it into your account with them, but I cannot figure out why or how or anything! It makes no sense because you don't cash out through them, you cash out through us. So I am still trying to get that sorted out.

I just completed a Consumer Opinion Study, 15 mins for .90cents and at the end, got this error and no credit.Survey was on Organic Tomatoes

I e-mailed Opinion Network about this and included the URL for the error page

Please be advised that we are going to have to start revoking some of the credits for SR Opinion Network surveys that are done in a shoddy way. We have just been absorbing the costs of these reversals since we started working with them but they are starting to make up as much as 10% of our revenue each month and are getting worse.

The feedback that we have gotten indicates that these are being reversed for some of the following reasons: people speeding through the surveys and not really reading, poor answers in the text boxes (or none at all), answers that have nothing to do with the questions just to have an answer, etc.

They do read EVERY one of the responses and if they feel like you are not really being genuine, they take back our credits.

I won't reverse them if I only see a couple here and there.. But Just in the last month there were 35 reversed and some of them were for surveys as much as $10 for the member. In those cases, I have no choice but to reverse the credits.

I hope that you understand why I have to do this in order for us to continue offering these surveys. And PLEASE be careful to do your very best when you take these surveys so that we do not see so many of these reversals.

Did they happen to give an example of a poor response and an acceptable response for the text box questions and answers. Just wondering how much detail (ie do they want you to write a book) they are looking for.

They did not. My guess is that it is people who are just typing things in the boxes to move onto the next question--things really unrelated to the survey at all. There were not SO many reversals that I think they are being too picky about it. I think the more the survey is worth, the more they expect you to give full responses and that is why we had a few really big ones reversed.

I always answer the questions in complete sentences (sometimes more than one sentence) and always stay on topic and I still had a credit revoked for the first time ever. I've also had several high value surveys not credit at all which is also annoying. Some of these surveys are fairly long and involved which is fine if they credit and don't take the credit back later. Considering the non-crediting and revoking issues, I think I will have to steer clear of ON. :headache:

Although they didn't give me any specifics on why they debited the ones that they did, they did give us the general information I posted before about boxes not being filled in or surveys being rushed. They reversed about 4% total of all of our surveys for the month, which adds up to a lot of revenue for us.

I completely understand if the reversals make people not want to do this particular survey anymore. It's totally up to you whether it is worth the risk given that we have a lot of other surveys to choose from.

My reversal was on a $4.80 survey. I know that you always do everything you can to give us credit, I just seem to have the worst luck with these.

That's why you got hit with it then. You probably didn't have multiple. You just had the one really big one. :( I have a feeling that they are probably more critical on the ones that pay out that much.

I had a reversal for $2.20 for a baking survey as part of an in-home product test. I cannot imagine that my responses were incomplete or shoddy. I spent much time answering the questions and feel I gave quality responses. They had provided a worksheet on which to take notes during the process, so I know I was thorough. In fact, it was a two-part deal in which I had to bake two sets of cupcakes and then do a follow-up survey for each. So not only did I lose the $2.20 for the survey, but I also feel like I wasted quite a bit of time in not only doing the surveys, but the time and energy to bake the cupcakes as well. Furthermore, I had to provide my own perishables for the mix. I do realize I got the benefit of having two cake mixes, but in this case, the negative outweighs that as a positive.

Over the years that I have been a member of Sunshine Rewards, I have appreciated Tricia going to bat for us to make sure we get credits we deserve. And I don't expect Sunshine Rewards to lose money by paying us when they haven't been compensated. I don't know if the $2.20 was considered a large one, or if they have somehow flagged me and have kicked back multiples. Regardless, I am done with Opinion Network after this.

I understand your frustration, I have had so many ON that I completed in the time that they said it would take, I never put answers in that do not apply to the subject matter, yet have ended up with so many "unfortunately"... after giving all my answers. Doesn't seem right how often that happens.

I totally agree that it doesn't seem right. Like you, I never put in unrelated answers and know not to rush through the surveys. Fortunately there are many other earning opportunities available.

Monday night got a $1.50 one that turned would be an interactive event worth $30. very clear from the page from Invoke that I would get in, agree to all the terms, click and get the lovely "unfortunately.." screen so cost me $31.50

last night, 10 min "game survey". first question do I have a smartphone-yes, next question is a list of diseases/illnesses asking if I am a care giver. this is a "game survey"?

last night on my list 8 minute survey (can't remember subject). click in, Gongos survey says will be 15 minutes. really, my list said 8 minutes, so I if I finish in the stated 8 minutes, I bet I will be disqualified. attempt the survey, spend 10 minutes on it and get an error.

this AM, completed a 10 min .40 survey on walk in clinics, get the correct congratulations page and no credit.

was still trying ON because my SR earnings have plummeted despite having completed so many completed and getting disqualified at the end or and error; a lot of that due to being banned from Live. maybe just not worth it anymore. way too many issues with ON.

I hate that some of you are having problems with these because they really have been a great money maker. How about this...I won't reverse anything that comes back for May. So even if they reverse the credits on me, I won't reverse them for members. We'll try it for a month and I'll see if me eating the cost is worth all of you enjoying the surveys more. If it ends up that you all are willing to try it more because of that, it's a win for all of us.

Scard I got the same survey for 1.50 for Invoke, got the same message that I did not quality, however seems like I got Invoke acceptance to the survey for 5-12th ended with accept and email address, so I figure they did not wish to pay me the 1.50 for taking the survey, which is wrong do not offer a reward then if you are going to end that way,
I got did the Gongos where it state 8 minutes it was more like 20 minutes but I did get a complete page which most times if you take to long or to short of the appointed time you get disqualified page, the Gongos was for grocery shopping. I agree with you on both.

all that you would be taking back from me would be .36 - .40 cents, that is mostly all I am getting into, completing and actually getting credit for. My issue is all the ones getting disqualified after doing the whole survey. and time of the surveys. If the list says 8 minutes, I expect it should take around 8 minutes. I find that a lot of their surveys are 5-10 minutes or longer than the amount stated on my list. If I see one that is listed as longer than I have time for, I don't do it. If they are going to take back our money based on the time I took to complete it I would expect the time needed to be accurate. I don't put answers in that have nothing to do with the survey so the only reason that they could have had for reversing the $2.20 had to have been based on time.

Scard with the Invoke did you get a confirming email for it acknowledge you did it, My friend did it yesterday today through Your and she got that email today. I did not get that so I am assuming SR network did not forward my information or whatever they do to alert Invoke.

As far as taken back money from me that did not happen to me yet, however I do not even try longer than 20-25 minutes I know it is a waste of time to many times the same thing happened to me that Scard stated.

Have been getting into surveys to qualify for them from time to time, but did not get in. FINALLY get one that was very clear that I was going to get the invite from Invoke and then thanks to ON, I lost out on $30.

thanks for the good thoughts. have had trouble getting into DS (nothing but sorry try tomorrow yesterday even though DS/SM were green). and it would appear that I (and some other members) have been banned by Live. that .75 I was getting every day. not much for me from Say so either. used to get 6-8 surveys most days, now lucky if I get 4.

thanks for the good thoughts. have had trouble getting into DS (nothing but sorry try tomorrow yesterday even though DS/SM were green). and it would appear that I (and some other members) have been banned by Live. that .75 I was getting every day. not much for me from Say so either. used to get 6-8 surveys most days, now lucky if I get 4.

I have a thought Scard, use a different email in Live, if you never used it before you will have to give details like your name. It can no hurt to try it and see what happens.

tried that no luck. just get immediate screen that they have no surveys, been that way every day for weeks. it's not just me, at least 4 of us that have posted.

I hate that some of you are having problems with these because they really have been a great money maker. How about this...I won't reverse anything that comes back for May. So even if they reverse the credits on me, I won't reverse them for members. We'll try it for a month and I'll see if me eating the cost is worth all of you enjoying the surveys more. If it ends up that you all are willing to try it more because of that, it's a win for all of us.

I haven't had as much time to spend on Sunshine Rewards in recent months as I have in the past, but I have always felt this is a community and that you Tricia are genuine in your efforts to provide a quality rewards site. And as I stated in my previous post, I don't expect you to pay us when you have not gotten paid yourself. So I hate to sound negative. However, my real concern is why they feel the need to do all the reversals in the first place. I have gone back and re-read all the related posts, and it appears that several of us effected are all long-time members who presumably are quality survey takers. I am left to wonder exactly what is their criteria.

you could be right, but a lot of their survey say (once you click in) a range of time like 15-20 minutes. is 15 min too little? 20 too much, what about 18 mins? are we supposed to try for the mid-point? 17 minutes, 30 seconds? are we supposed to buy a stop watch to complete their surveys?

I completed 2 10 minute .40 cent ones yesterday, got the correct completion page and did not get credit for them. Would love to know their reasoning for not paying me for those. only .40 each put I put the effort and time in, their webpage said I completed them and I should have been paid but was not.

doesn't make sense to continue doing surveys when we don't really know why they are disqualifying us as well as not paying for ones that were properly completed.

I did that for one that had a higher value and after a week or so and some confusion about that fact that I was doing surveys through SR I did get the credit for that one. Did another one for a .90 survey a few weeks ago that I got the correct completion page for an it's gone no where, but they do always send me an e-mail asking me to rate their customer service. Just too time consuming to keep following up, especially the smaller ones like yesterday; I completed the 2 and should have gotten credit. not worth it to chase for .40.

What really bothers me is that they take our credits back but I am completing other surveys and am not getting my credits. Does not seem fair to us (or SR who is losing out too). I have several every week that don't credit as well as all the ones that I am disqualified from at the end.

took a very similar one last night. 15 minutes, .70 same candle company. made very sure I was past the 15 minute mark and ended with "unfortuneately your profile does not.."

I agree, they get our answers and we get nothing. I did not go too fast I carefully watched the clock on my laptop and I was in the survey between 15-16 minutes. this happens to me at least 7-8 times/week.

just clicked into one "Consumer Study" today, on my list is said 10 minutes, when I clicked into it said 15-20 minutes, that is 50 -100% more time than it said on my list. so how much time should I try and spend on it? 10 min, 15 min , 20 Min? if they are going to penalize us or disqualify based on the time we spend on a particular survey then I feel that we have a right to be told upfront how long the survey is supposed to take. I chose not to take this one as I figured high probability I would get booted at the end for being too fast or too slow.

have gotten many surveys from ON to complete on my phone, put the # in and never got anything. But have seen members post in contests that they got credit for mobile surveys.

started getting texts this week with survey link but did not qualify. today got and completed one on Pet Products (Opinion Bar ads). got the correct completion page at the end and no credit. Just one more completed survey that ON got from me and I get nothing for my time an effort. :mad:

As far as all SR surveys, my earnings have plummeted over the last month. Cash out on 4/30 was $24.00 less than the end of March and the one tomorrow will probably ~$15 less than April 15th. A lot of this is due to having been banned from Live (not even gotten into a single one in close to a month but also very few SaySo and quite a few ON that I complete and no credit at the end or get that my profile does not match....

Thanks for your replay, I did not lose any money when it was taken back, its is just odd that I did not have any the last 2 days. I do not do over 25 minutes, or little bit of reward for 20 minute survey. They may not like what I am doing or refuse to do. Live is tough these days, they updated things I think and will not let some emails in, people have told me that. I try another email no luck at all getting in, just no surveys today.

Live- I have tried other e-mail addys. even tried at work on my company laptop on their server with a different e-mail and no luck (was not going to do one, just wanted to see if I could get in); wonder if the issue is with the e-mail associated with our SR account.

I would have them look at your account completely. The reason I say that is because we are seeing the highest completions that we have seen since last September. And very few errors. That makes me wonder if there is something going on with your account with them. Maybe it has been flagged for some reason or has something stuck in the demographics incorrectly??

I just checked my demos and nothing has changed, everything looks as it should.

I would estimate that at least around 20-25% of my attempts end with "your profile does not...". The last 2 (going back a month) that I e-mailed them about I ended up with this as the final response:

"Sorry for the inconvenience you have faced. The survey closed while you were completing it which is the reason you received this message. If the client accepts your complete then it will be credited to your account once the project is closed out."

sure seems like an awful lot of surveys are closing while I am doing them. I have been carefully watching the time they say it should take to complete, some are longer than they state at the beginning.

Tonight I have had 6 on my list, completed one 5 mins for .40 cents, was at 5 minutes and again got "your profile does not". The other 5 as soon as I clicked into them I got that same message which I am OK with. its spending all the time to complete one and then getting it at the end that is upsetting; I wasted my time, do not get paid (nor does SR) and they get the completed survey.

2 on my list this morning, clicked into both, got nowhere. 8 surveys listed today, not into 1, completed and got the profile does not match at the end.

Not sure what else I can do, maybe just give up but there are less surveys that I can get into these days that I keep trying ON hoping things will improve. I do complete some but the percentage of ones that end when I complete them and get that error message seems really high.

I think my account (and other members) has been flagged by Live, any way you could check in that. Other members have posted with the same problem as far back as March. I have not even gotten into Live in a month.

they asked me for my SR e-mail and I gave it to them.
I think I am all set I have done REALLY well with ON that last 7-8 days, not one single one that did not go through and credit and some pretty good value ones. :-) I went into every category in my profile looked it over and hit save for each.

today and yesterday I got 3 credits for old surveys, small amounts but nice to see.

will continue to do ON for sure, just not e-mail about problems with something not crediting unless it's a substantial amount.

yesterday an old .60 credit and today $1.00 credit from ON. Early in June over several days I got 5-6 old credits. During June I had 2 x .60 and 1 x $1.00 surveys that I completed, got the correct completion page but no credit. It does seem like some of these credits are showing up in my account:clap:

they credit between 6-7AM EDT, very nice to get these.

Really strange. The only survey I could qualify for with ON just now was the tv advert one-says 8 minutes but it's longer than that and only pays .36- Part of the survey is exactly the same as always but before you could rate each ad you had to use your "up" or "down" buttons to say if you liked what you were hearing. And then at the end, once you click the "I am not a robot" button- survey flips to a page that says "Hello. This is Jenny. Survey Complete".

Still waiting to see if it credits.

So the numbers that are coming in are all over the place. As long as you are getting the credit that you are promised, I'm not going to worry about what the other stuff says right now, but I do want to make sure that YOU are getting paid the right amount (even if we are not getting the credits). So let me know if the number you actually get paid does NOT match what you were promised.

That is good to hear. In the end as long as we aren't LOSING money, I am happy. As long as my members aren't getting screwed over. Then I am VERY unhappy (which is why I am currently having some "conversations" with a couple of the others that we work with).

It has happened twice for me in the past couple of days - once on the food study (0.75 instead of 0.80) and once on one of the advertising/video surveys (0.45 instead of 0.50). Also not worried about the 5 cents each time, but it was odd that it happened.

I'm not sure if this is the right place to put this, but I just completed a survey on makeup brands. I got the congrats, your answers have been recorded page from the survey itself, but then I got routed to an SR page that said "unfortunately, your profile did not match our client's requirements" (or something like that) instead of the SR congrats page. When I emailed them about the broken survey they replied back that I was knocked out the survey because i had entered it twice. Umm that was not the issue I was reporting but whatever. Kind of annoying.

Just finished another that was random and weird as it was in spanish on toilet paper. No credit. I kinda figured since it was wonky but as it was less than 5 minutes to do I went ahead and did it.

I got the same type of replies to several I e-mailed about back in April/May but honestly can't recall if I did get credit. This happened to me this week too for the first time in months.

I do eventually get old credits when I complete one and get the correct completed page but no credit; very happy to see that happening.

watch out for $1.00 15/20 min consumer surveys. UGMA (I think) one was on TV shows, other on movies. close to 15 minutes in and get a error page that the server is too busy to handle the traffic. big waste of time; burned twice.

I was just checking on these because I haven't see any credits. They sent us a list of new IP addresses this morning and we haven't had a chance to change our system yet. I was going to log into their system and see if there are credits in there. I'm messaging SG now to make sure we pick up any of the credits that came through earlier today.

I had one today that didn't credit for the right amount, although a much smaller difference than yours. This was listed as 1.00, both on the ON page and on the redirect when I was asked if I wanted to do this one. Just weird.

Live I am good with since it came back, Global has lots of wasting time surveys that always get booted after several minutes answering ?ds, Cube is easy to get lately, Tap I am good with GF and 2cents I do, but really believe if they paid more people would try harder to get them. Sayso is the same things that Scard said for ON, I saw one this week for 250 minutes for less than .50 and repeatedly ask same ? after ?/ I was good last month, but less money and longer times, just discourages you, and the fact it you tried them before, even if you get in and a different survey they do not pay. Your is very long and tedious for .50 so most just make you angry and have to go through tons of ?ds for a little reward and a lot of time. Just thought needed to say some of what I go through everyday with them. LOL.

Honestly all the high paying ones I never qualify for, some nights there are like 10 options I always start with the highest paying one and then by the time I get kicked out of the one I am in, the list is gone with no more to take. My earnings are down like 70% overall :( But I do try at least 4-5 surveys a night. But it is frusterating to try for 3 hours and end up with $2 for all that time.

There are some of the low paying ones when I click on, I automatically get disqualified - I don't answer any questions just rerouted back to SR.

Also, I had one that said it was a smartphone survey, so I put in my number, got the text message, clicked on the link and was told that this survey couldn't be taken on a smartphone!! What the heck!!!

I'm trying to make super member the quarter after taking most of the year off. I've done ok but after today, I will no longer attempt any Say So for Good survey - I was in two and got booted for no reason - and then it's all the same health questions and never qualifying for anything.

with credits, no. But I am getting kicked out of probably 75% of the survey opportunities I see from ON the last 3-4 days. starting to feel like a waste of time.


I have noticed over the last few months that when I had ON that did not credit, the credits would show up in my account 3-4 days later; did not contact them about the credits.

did not e-mail them as they don't seem to get why I am contacting them and for the last few months missing credits were coming through on their own, not the case any more.

between all the ones I get kicked out of and missing credits, not sure it's worth the time. several I got errors at the end too.

I know the email address you get goes to more of a customer service person, but I can also forward everything right to the tech staff.

thank you, I wrote down all the details before I started a survey the other night and of course that one credited.

Last night had one that errored out and another that when I completed it got the "sorry your profile.." did not e-mail about those 2 as before their response was the survey closed while I was taking it.

Very frustrating as I had so many problems last Spring and them around June no more problems, got into tons of their surveys all credited.
Noticed over the summer when I did not get credits they showed up in my account a few days later on their own; that seems to have stopped.

I don't know about anyone else but for every ON survey I get into I am kicked out of 5-6 others.

Will keep trying ON as there are not many regular surveys left for me to take.

I had the same issue with one about cookie flavors. The survey itself said "thanks for completing" but when it redirected back to SR, it said, "didn't match". So frustrating!

I took it and had the same thing happen. There must be a holdup in all of their credits right now. I have an email into them to see what is up. They are usually pretty quick at responding (and are on Mountain time so they still have a few hours left in their work day).

I've had ones I've almost, almost gotten the whole way through, then it would "time out". I think I'm looking at between 3-5 surveys that I'm down. came back from a week at Disney, sit down yesterday to start earning money for the next trip. Look at ON, about 16 surveys on my list! got kicked out of the first 12 I tried. gave up and tried later, a few more new ones (about 20 for the day), kicked out of more (3 were closed). so of the ~ 20 I saw, I got into exactly 2, .60 each. Pretty disappointing to see so many and only get into so few; most I was disqualified as soon as I entered a few demo questions. Confused as to why I see so many that I don't get into when ON has all the profile questions that we have answered.

Remember that sometimes we do not see some of these longer ones until after they "close out" the survey. But you can definitely report it to them now and if that is the case, they will look it up and tell you that.

Yes, I think all the survey's I have completed in the last 2 months, were delayed credits. The one I got today, was delayed almost 10 days. I quit doing them. Not worth the frustration of either being told you don't qualify at the end, or the waiting game.

I have been around long enough to know that the 1st quarter is usually slow, but barely even getting into 20% of the ONs I have seen on my list since the first of the year.
less and less reason to attempt them. why are these surveys on my list? shouldn't the profile questions narrow down the ones that I see.

Getting pretty frustrated with ON. Since yesterday I have seen 6 surveys on my list. did not get into the first 5. In a 15 minute .70 cent travel on, almost done and stuck, did what was requested and keep getting "please complete this question". Its a Qualtrics and this happens several times/month.

At least 6-8 ONs I have completed in the last month, got the congrats page and no credit. these credits used to show up 4-5 days later, not anymore.

Since the first of the year getting into at most 20% on the ones I see on my list what is the point of the profile questions if after I do the "I am not a robot page" I am immediately disqualified,

seems like ON is becoming more and more of a waste of time, for the few surveys I get into and actually get credit for.

kicked out of 3 more. so 0-9 since yesterday.

another completed ON today that did not credit. :cry:. Estimate around $5-6 that I have not gotten credit for the last couple of months. so irritating that they take money back from us for whatever reason but OK that we complete surveys, get the correct completion page and no credit.

I kept track on Saturday, clicked into/though 11 ONs, got into and completed 1, = 9% I was able to even get into a survey. I think I spent more time on "I am not a robot".

I usually don't just have noticed how few I get into anymore compared to last year. After another members post on Monday about getting into none, I wrote them down.

I also get sent into another survey too and those usually end up the same way immediate "your profile does not".

completed $11.00 user zoom survey last night, got the correct completion page and no credit. :mad:

it's not right that ON continues to take completed surveys and does not pay me or Sunshine. 5-6 this month that i completed and no credit.
This one was especially infuriating as it was so much money and when i saw that I took my time and gave thoughtful answers and was not paid for my efforts.

still getting kicked out of ~ 80% of the surveys I see and it' always "your profile..." I went in and checked my profile questions and saved them all.

I've used CCleaner too and cleaned but still get the same message.

On the plus side with ON, we are seeing a LOT less surveys getting reversed. This month we had so few that we didn't even revoke anyone's credits. So I think they are doing a better job of actually matching people up with surveys. This weekend looked REALLY slow though. They are not East Coast so we won't see anything pick up with them until later today, but I am keeping my eye on it.

that's good news.

"So I think they are doing a better job of actually matching people up with surveys" - what I don't get is why I see so many on my list that as soon as I click on them I immediately see "your profile does not match..." I have completed and updated all the profile questions. Like the .48 ads survey. I am kicked out of those just every time I click into them. can't imagine what in my profile disqualifies me from watching and rating the ads. nothing in my profile has changed and I used to get the ads survey most days. Frustrating.....

This isn't loading for me at all. Usually it will say 'no surveys available' when it loads, but it's entirely blank and has been like this all morning for me. Anyone else having this problem?

ON is working again, new format. Completed 2 - 25 min surveys one was $1.20 another .80 both ended with:

I was at 100% and when I clicked expecting to see the completion screen, I got the sorry you do not qualify which is something they have done in the past.
" we have found a different survey you have a good chance of qualifying for" was the same survey I had just finished and got kicked out of. I probably should have waited to see if anyone else was trying them and getting credit but end of the year, every few available ones to try and had completed 3 regular surveys that did not credit so gave it a shot.

will probably wait a few days before I try again to maybe see if they have glitches they need to work through. I have done fairly well with ON the last month or so and have not been getting kicked out at the end at all.

wondering if I saw what you did. I clicked on survey history and it shows, date, time, survery #, survery name $$ amount and says "completed" but I got nothing credited.

These are still tracking properly. If you make it through the survey and get the page that says you completed it (even if it then also says you didn't quality), you should see it as completed under your "History" tab on the actual Sunshine Rewards opinion survey page. (It's that tab in there after My Surveys and Profiles). As long as you are setting them listed in there under that History, we will get the credits for your account. We're working with them again this morning to see why they are registering but not hitting individual accounts correctly.

I just took 2 and they are listed under my History just fine. It's likely that they made some tiny change in the way that they post back to our system (maybe even just changing their IP address) without telling us and it screwed everything up. But the survey completions ARE being tracked in there, which means we WILL get the credits. Hopefully still today so that they can credit for everyone for December.

Taken some time off from surveys-just back today.

I've taken and completed two SR Opinion Networks that DO show up in my "history" tab as "completed". But they don't show up here on SR yet. Will they eventually or am I just wasting my time?

completed one yesterday that is listed in my history as complete but did not credit. completed 3 on Friday, all noted as complete in my history, but only 2 credited. History sure makes it easy to tell if you got credit as the survey number is there and when/if it credits.

the one from 12/30 credited today,

the site seems to be having technical issues the last 2 days.

Yesterday the two I took did not credit overnight. I also did one this morning and it credited late this afternoon. I did one now and it credited quick.

I completed a $1.90 Health Survey yesterday ~ 2PM that is listed in my history as "pending complete" which is how they have been noted in the history until they credit since the new format began in January.

Thanks Scard, I find that the surveys getting longer in time and .20 or .30 for 20-30 minutes. That is a lot lot to expect people to do for that little incentive.

agreed. when we first got Opinion Bar from ON those 20-25 minutes surveys paid ~ $1.50, then they dropped to .80-.90, then .50-.60. sorry, but 20/30 cents is not worth 20 minutes of my time, especially when I know what they used to pay for the same surveys.

It did not credit or get marked in my history, anyone have this happen and what does that mean? I was thinking it meant closed survey, and I wasted my time, but its not in my history.

Scard, thanks for explaining that to me, Can not understand why that does not show in your history, and everything does, or they do want a record of a survey being taken, is my thought so you can not question the credit. Sad but it is only things that makes sense to me.

I got a credit today but not for Saturday. I compared the info in my account history:
Credit: OpinionNetwork: Consumer Opinion Survey : 102190

I looked at my ON history and that # 102190 is listed as one I completed on 3/19. so got an old credit but not from Saturday's.

Since the first of the year, less and less. Now at least 95 % of the time I get kicked out right away because my profile does not match. They have all those profile questions, if my profile does not match why are they even on my list.

Last few weeks:
Complete $2.70 for a panel, get kicked out 100% complete, I do not qualify, Interesting as I got the e-mail invitation from the panel.

When you said about getting the right amount, it came back to me how many times I clicked on a survey that was higher priced, took it spend the 30 minutes or more, just to have it show up as .30 and .50, when it stated a lot more than that. I would never waste my mind on those long surveys for so little money. Getting the wrong amount is happening in the couple of weeks. I know something is wrong, I took 4 today, 2 showed up 2 have not, but mine today are in my history as pending complete. I had that happen on Sunday with weight loss, never did show. I know how frustrated you are, been feeling that way all week. The site is slow tonight took me 10 minutes to get into the forum,

I did not get 2 credits overnight, but yet they are in my history as complete, and this time I know they were not added in checked that yesterday, something is not right with them. I still did not gets 2 credits, hows complete in hsitory and I took the time to figure my total and I am 1.30 short and that was 2 on surveys, that I completed. Hoping they figure it out.

I still am missing 2 from over the weekend, and today did one about 1 hour ago and no credit yet again.Both show complete pending in credit history, Still no credit on this from earlier today, it has not been working right for a least the last week. Anyone doing them and getting credit or not getting credit?

I haven't gotten any old credits; I get into so few it's easy to notice a credit. Completed 2 today that did credit; tried another one $2.40, at the end got "success you have completed this survey"; those never credit. history says did not qualify.

yesterday I clicked into 5, got kicked out of all due not profile not matching; most I have to prove I am not a robot. Yesterday was a pretty typical day for me with ON

Still no credit today, I finally decided to start a support ticket, do not know where that will get me. It seems to credit some times, and then not credit, but note in history.
