that is what I get too, and in the past when those did not credit, they showed up 3-5 days later; now we get nothing.

I did not get any credits either, I am glad you sent it. I still have no answer yet, They need to fix whatever is wrong. I am wondering is Sunshine Guy can tell us if he sees these credits in our acccount, just not posting, Trish can you see if he can tell us that?

I have just gotten back into doing surveys to save money for a trip next year. I had one ON not end correctly and I emailed them - they also gave me the 4-6 week answer. I know I won't see that dollar, and I have stopped doing them for now since I also have one pending complete in my history that didn't credit. But the light is green, so that suggests they are working for some people?

That is the same person that told me just a bunch of nonsense, if he is the only person answering support tickets I would think that is why I still have no response from 2nd email.I am not sure I buy that, post if and when you get it. Bottom line if that is the case of waiting for the survey to be verified, why do some credit within 5 minutes then some do not credit at all. Not buying this at all.

completed a 50 cent one and it credited, kicked out of several more
I did a .50 also, and it did credit, same for me kicked out of everyone, just keeps winding up, never goes anywhere. I took the time to check to see what I am missing in credit and so far its $3.60 from 6/13 to 6-19, NOt that much but it you add up all the time I had to take the surveys there is a lot of wasted time, if someone does not figured out what is going on. What I have left is 25 minutes .40 right that is never going to happen.

Tonight I did 3 of them .80 each for 12 minutes, all 3 credited within 5 minutes, then I did one later and it did not credit. I just do not get these at all anymore. I have a total now of $5.00 that did not credit within last week. I keep trying because we do not have much else to take.

I know you have to be as frustrated as I am with them, I take 2 steps forward, and go back everyday. I would just appreciate some answers at this point. We do not get them from On or SR, we are in limbo and its is getting very old I thought maybe SG could tell us if the credits are there and just not posting. but no response from them in a couple of days. I am trying to not let me get to me, but each day that passes I get more frustrated.

I try surveys periodically but then I remember why I get frustrated. I know Tricia is around because I get some of her newsletters via email. But even those are few and far between. I wonder too if the site should just become a site to shop thru. I feel terrible not doing surveys thru SR, but my days of spending 45 minutes doing a few surveys for a few dollars are pretty much over. I used to cash out at least every year for $500, it has been 3 years and I still have not reached that amount yet. I still get excited when I get a survey and it credits, but it only gets my hopes up and my hopes get squashed pretty quick. I am still pushing to get $500; but sadly to say, I will probably be done trying. Either things have to change and we get some kind of credit for attempting these surveys or if that will not be the case, I am sure I am not the only person that has thought about leaving, and will be doing so.
Ugh - I completed a survey worth 1.90 and it is showing pending complete, but it hasn't credited. I have another one from two weeks ago that shows completed in my history but didn't ever credit, but it was only 0.70. As frustrating as it is to complete a survey and not have it end correctly (which has also happened in the last couple of weeks with ON), I think it is worse to see that they know you did it and it still doesn't credit. :(
I think its a major issue with them, I wrote and did not get a sensible answer, posted earlier in this thread. The last couple of days I had 4 which 3 did credit, did a ad survey for .40 and in credit history but no credit. I know if they do not credit within 5 minutes they are not going to. I keep thinking overnight they will credit the missing as of today I have now $5.80 that show and no credit. I tried asking if SG could see the credits, just not posted, never got a answer. Written to them got a generic answer that was bull. I think we keep trying because we do not have much to try, keep losing and not getting anything new. I suggest you also do a support ticket, maybe since Jermone seems to only work there he will get something is wrong, they credit only sometimes.

Jerome is a piece of work, its hard to believe that he is the only person that responds to people. I wrote 2 times, when I did not get a answer the 2nd time and Scard said it was only him went she look at her old support tickets. now you are saying the same thing. If he keeps hearing from us, maybe they will give the credits for June before the month is over. Do not have
a lot of faith in that, but they got to know something is very wrong.

Scard like you I do not get it at all, for 2 days what I able to get and complete they did credit. Then yesterday it started again in the evening. I would appreciate if this would get resolved. I really would like to know if credit is showing, just does it have to fixed manually, but never got a answer from SG or Trish on that. That is now 4 or 5 of us speaking out about On and credit, I think SR is losing money and needs to investigate the issue. When more than 1 person is saying the same thing it is time to address the problem, we have shown how down we are in earnings this month compared to last year, at this point I can only shake my head. Summer is usually the best month for surveys, in my opinion and after all these years, I am speaking from experience not just talking.

Today completed 3 of them, 2 credited and 1 did not, again all in history. Two days in a row .40 ad survey 5 minutes no credit.
Completed one that said $1.50 for minutes, ok I tried it when it did not credit went into history it was there and stated .30, at that no credit. How many times that has happened to me I lost count, click on the one that is hightest reward with shortest time, and when its over its way less and not the one I clicked on to take. Talk about bait and switch, then does not credit. Who else is still not getting credit?

have not gotten into many last few days, did complete one today and it credited. Have had more than one time that I clicked into one that was a decent value for the time involved, (example $1 or more) complete it and got .30 or .40 cents. bait and switch or dare I say "fraud"? even when those credit, the amount was not what they said it would pay
I tried another one, thinking if you credited mine would. Survey 20 min. professional 1.50, may sure I click right on it. Turned out to be on lotions 5 minutes it stated, .30 shows in hsitory and again no credit. That is twice today same thing happened, bait and switch then no credit. I have lost over 8.00 or more at this point, I have to keep a log of them.

I see 2 on my list, both 27 min. one for $2.00 and the other $1.50. not going to even try. no confidence that if I complete them I will be paid or paid the amount stated.

I had the same one, but I doubt it will credit and it certainly was much longer than 5 minutes> I diod one for .90 it was on mayonnaise, got to the end said I did not qualify, here is the kicker, in my history as pending complete and no credit again. What I have learned if it does not credit within 5 minutes it is not going to, and this did not credit either. I really just do not understand why it is not getting fixed. I keep thinging every night they will give back credits and am out well over 12.00 or more now.

I think I am out ~ $8.00 on ones that ended as they should and are showing as pending complete in my history. + $2.70 one for a panel that I got kicked out at the end as not qualifying; funny thing is I am in the panel. $2.40 for the Nutrisystem one that does not show that I even took it in my history.
completed another one earlier and had not checked on credit. .90 survey on summer vacation travel in the Northeast. no credit shows as pending complete in my history. I am done with ON, seems pointless to keep wasting my time on surveys that I am not going to get paid for.
It is not just you it all of us having the same issue. We sent support tickets, we asked for help here and we are getting nowhere. What makes you crazy it most days they will credit, then they stop the same day. I hope we get answers, we have lots of money lost between all of us. I do not understand why this issue is not being handled by the staff.
