Survey problems or questions etc.

Wow..every single survey today is totally messed up..plus, had 3 that said I was 'in' then ooops..not for you. Also, yesterday I was qualified and the bar had me at 30% completed when it decided I didn't qualify at all. Very frustrating.

I forget...what's the normal timeframe for SSI crediting? And should I click the "new survey" button to make sure it was all sent through (after doing the evaluation), or do I just close out that window?

molly-ssi surveys usually credit at the top of the hour and you do not have to click the new survey button - just close the window. hth.:sunshine:

I just leave it open at that page in a different tab for a while until it credits. It may be me, but I figure it lets the cookies do their thing and ensures they do it. It works for me.

I checked my email because I noticed there was a button that wasn't highlighted to click. I was surprised that it worked that way, but it DID work.

yeah that button threw me for a loop, couldn't figure out why it wouldn't click. I"ll admit i rarely go get the emails you are supposed to.....i get enough junk mail, I don't need to be opening more. and yet this time it burned me.....oh well, live and learn. off to try again.

Just a heads up. Just finished a M02 about e-readers. Survey was fine, no issues. Then when clicked the final question, instead of going back to the regular thank you page, it opens to a completely different, "join panel" type page. Waited it out, but of course, no credit. Very frustrating because the survey itself was fun. :confused:

is anyone having problems with GF loading? it's coming up "page not found" and this link in the bar..
