Completed a Live Sample last night. I am hoping it will be manually credited sometime today. Will it be fixed soon?
We will probably have to keep manually crediting for a few more days. We asked them for help and they couldn't figure out what was wrong with our account. We think it's just an authorization issue that they need to escalate to their tech support. Hopefully it will be by the end of the week!
I took a My View this morning that was actually a Global and it didn't credit. (Since I have limited time today and knew I wouldn't have a chance to try a Global directly, I went ahead and took it.) But alas, no credit. I haven't taken a Global since 12/13 and that one credited normally. And since today's survey went through MV, I am not sure if it is a MV issue or Global issue.
Completed SSi twice today, one in the morning and one in the evening and neither credited after the survey. :(
I just loaded another batch of the LiveSample credits from the last couple of days.
I have finished 4 surveys in the last 2 days for SSI and none of them have credited. I have tried IE as well as Firefox and neither worked. I have cleaned my cookies and that has not worked. I know SSI is a problem for some people right now but has anyone seen if any of the other survey websites or forums are having the same problem? Thanks!
I'm sorry.....I had the same problem all last week. The only day I got one to credit was the first day I did one on my new laptop. I think it seems to be more of an individual issue than an across the board one. While yes, there have been many reports of not receiving credits, the light is still green. Someone is getting them to credit and for the light to be green, it has to be more than they are not crediting for.
My advice would be to give SSI and SSI 2 a rest for a few days and then try again. See if a few days off helps. I don't know if that did it for me or not, but I'm getting credits again.
I also had issues yesterday of SSI 1 that would not credit for me, tried 3 or 4 times, using FF and Chrome and watched my time on them and got the completion page and no credit. Used the cleaner after each one that did not credit, took a break for a while went back later and got one in FF to credit,SSi2 does not give me those kind of issues. I was thinking it was time taken to complete the survey, and I just am not sure what it is. Today I did 1 and it credited just fine, I have not read anything that anyone can put there finger on, put others are having the same complaints we have. I am confused maybe this is all leading up to SSI pulling them from reward sites, that I have not heard anywhere but here. It is a mystery to me, sorry I am no help with this one.

You make a good point. A few weeks ago, just before the crediting problems started, I couldn't qualify for an SSI. Every time I logged into either one it told me that there were no surveys available (even though the lights were constantly green), so I went many days without getting any SSIs. Now everyone is having problems and I'm not. Maybe a break from them is what's needed to be able to get them working again.
There seems to be no rhyme or reason to why they sometimes don't credit that I can figure out. It does seem that occasionally there is one that doesn't credit, despite clearing cookies, taking my time & seemingly doing everything correctly on my end. It's definitely frustrating, but I can honestly say that over the three years that I have been a member of SR, by far more have credited than have not. At least we have this forum to share insights and what is working or not working for us. :)
I finally got an SSI to credit today, so if you have been having trouble, you might want to try again today. :sunshine:
After 2 days and 4 SSI surveys not crediting, I finally got one to credit. :cooldance:
After a few days of no problems with SSI, completed a 25 minute SSI2 about midwest vacation states that did not credit.
Completed SM Brainjuicer and at the end after I rated the survey, clicked next and timed out "waiting for secure brainjuicer". tried to reload, same thing
45 minutes of my time wasted, off to do other things.
I have been watching the time on surveys and both of these took longer than the time listed at the beginning.
Finsihed and got thank you page for Live Sample and Amp, but only the AMP credited. Can I clear my cache to try for the second SSI and the SM survey or will I lose all chances of getting credit for the completed Global (almost 4 hours ago) and Live Sample (last hour)???
Another SSI that did not credit, 25 mins on insurance claim.
LiveSample should now be back to hourly crediting.
Just finished an SSI survey, got the star page but it did not automatically credit? That hasn't happened in a long time for me, darn! :(
I had 2 SSI that didnt credit today....ssi 1 and then tonight my ssi 2
Did a 45 minute Global Test on appliances. No credit.
I'm also having repeated trouble with surveys not posting credits. Both SSI surveys have been troublesome for me, but SSI-2 has become absolutely unreliable. On two separate occasions now, once just before News Year's Day (around 12/28) and then again today (1/4/13) I've completed a SSI-2 survey, waited 6-8 hours with no credits, then completed ANOTHER SSI-2 survey and still received no credit! Arrrgh! :computer:
At one point, I was blaming my iPad wireless internet connection, but I used my tried-and-true desktop PC tonight and received no credit. It's really frustrating. At first it was inconsistent, but it's becoming the norm.
I still appreciate the opportunity to earn some rewards and have let an occasional no-credit go without complaint, but this is really becoming annoying now. Nothing has changed on my end. Guess I'll keep at it and just be more thankful when credits do actually appear. :sunshine2:
Happy New Year!
I think I'm finally going to give up on SSI. I took one early this morning, completed it, but it did not credit. Took another one later in the evening, completed it and it still has not credited after waiting three hours. For New Year's, I promised my family that I would cut back on the surveys especially since there are so many that do not credit.
I've been away for a couple years, so I might just be out of the loop as far as which surveys tend to credit on the hour, which credit manually and which take a few days.
Live Sample is no longer crediting on the hour, I've had two now that haven't credited over yesterday and today, and I've done two of the Global Test Markets (at 30-45 min a piece) that haven't credited.
Also, I've had a couple SSI not credit - each time that has happened it seems to be when I get kicked out of a survey and it asks me to try for another one and complete it as opposed to being able to qualify and do it straight through the first time directly out of SR. Is there a general correlation to that thought - if I get kicked out of an SSI, should I loop back through SR instead of just continuing on through SSI?
I'm bummed, but not angry as I know these don't always credit and I'm grateful for any extra $$ towards Disney. I just know I haven't been around for a bit and figured there were probably some hiccups or best practices that I might be out of the loop on! :sunshine:
Thanks! That's a big help. Guess I'm outta luck on the Globals, it's been a couple of days now. I may stay away from those since they don't seem to like me :) One of the Lives did just come through, around 10-15 after the hour so that's good! I appreciate you taking the time to answer :)
took a SSI didnt get credit
Completed a 10 min MV about a well known electronics company that did not credit.
was not a PSB.
DH completed a GF Quick Survey on electronics that routed to the generic white "Thank You" page but did not credit. That makes a total of three surveys in two days that have not credited.
took MV via PSB on tech brands and it did NOT credit :(
