On two separate occasions now, once just before News Year's Day (around 12/28) and then again today (1/4/13) I've completed a SSI-2 survey, waited 6-8 hours with no credits, then completed ANOTHER SSI-2 survey and still received no credit! Arrrgh!

At one point, I was blaming my iPad wireless internet connection, but I used my tried-and-true desktop PC tonight and received no credit. It's really frustrating. At first it was inconsistent, but it's becoming the norm.

I still appreciate the opportunity to earn some rewards and have let an occasional no-credit go without complaint, but this is really becoming annoying now. Nothing has changed on my end. Guess I'll keep at it and just be more thankful when credits do actually appear.

    Happy New Year!
I think I'm finally going to give up on SSI. I took one early this morning, completed it, but it did not credit. Took another one later in the evening, completed it and it still has not credited after waiting three hours. For New Year's, I promised my family that I would cut back on the surveys especially since there are so many that do not credit.

I've been away for a couple years, so I might just be out of the loop as far as which surveys tend to credit on the hour, which credit manually and which take a few days.

Live Sample is no longer crediting on the hour, I've had two now that haven't credited over yesterday and today, and I've done two of the Global Test Markets (at 30-45 min a piece) that haven't credited.

Also, I've had a couple SSI not credit - each time that has happened it seems to be when I get kicked out of a survey and it asks me to try for another one and complete it as opposed to being able to qualify and do it straight through the first time directly out of SR. Is there a general correlation to that thought - if I get kicked out of an SSI, should I loop back through SR instead of just continuing on through SSI?

I'm bummed, but not angry as I know these don't always credit and I'm grateful for any extra $$ towards Disney. I just know I haven't been around for a bit and figured there were probably some hiccups or best practices that I might be out of the loop on!

Live doesn't credit until around 9 min past the hour. Global,Live, often do not credit until the 2nd hour. Even DS has credited on the 2nd hour a few times recently as well as SSIs.

Thanks! That's a big help. Guess I'm outta luck on the Globals, it's been a couple of days now. I may stay away from those since they don't seem to like me One of the Lives did just come through, around 10-15 after the hour so that's good! I appreciate you taking the time to answer

Make sure you clean out your cache and history every day. Global and Live Sample are real sticklers about rewarding credit if credit was given the previous day without the clean up.

DH completed a GF Quick Survey on electronics that routed to the generic white "Thank You" page but did not credit. That makes a total of three surveys in two days that have not credited.

    Yep, me too.
The survey was more about "what you use for electronics"..

A SSI-1 just didn't credit. It was with JDPower & Associates on Insurance claims.
