Beware I took a clothing survey that took well over an hour to do
i think i got that one yesterday as my ds. was it about shopping for clothes and accessories (luxury and normal)? it took me about 45 minutes and it seemed to go on forever. not complaining, got the congrats page when i finished it but it was very very long.
haha...I got that one this morning! My kids wanted something and I was like...I'll just be done in another minute or so...aaaaannnndddd it just kept going and going and going. And then just when I thought it was over, they went on with another subgroup of questions :rolleyes: it took forever!Quote:

Thanks, Tricia. However, it was my understanding that you shouldn't file Trouble Reports to Greenfield when it says you do not qualify, so I didn't. Hopefully, others did and will get credit eventually.Quote:

Just got a cat litter DS. The bar showed 50% complete. I answered the question ranking my choice of different types of cat litters. I guess they didn't like my answer because it booted me after that question saying I didn't qualify. Just an FYI.
I have gotten that one twice. First time, I just knew I had a winning survey. I am all about cat litter. :D Apparently, I am all about the wrong type because I got booted, also. Got lucky with the next survey.Quote:

I didn't think I went too fast, but wanted to give a heads up to anyone else who gets this survey.
Just tried a DS on cell phone usage, But got stuck on a question about cell phone carrier. List of carriers with check boxes, but mine was not on the list, there was a spot for other (please specify). I typed my carrier into the box, but there was no check box next to other, and when I hit submit, it came back that I did not answer the question.
If you have a popular carrier you should be ok, if not just know you may get stuck on that question (#12). It looked like a fairly short & simple survey.
Reported it, so hopefully they can fix it.

I just worked on a survey about a new building toy for a big company. I got to a point where I had to say why I didn't like a scene from a commercial. It then gave a white screen saying I didn't qualify. I never got sent back to the SR page. I definitely took my time and answered all questions completely. I filed a report, so we'll see what happens.

I've been trying to do a ds today, and have actually had boxes that I could check...BUT when I click on take a survey, I get the little watch thing, and it does nothing. THEN when I finally X out to try again, it takes that option away for me to click even though I never even got to the survey??? I was having problems with My 2 Cents yesterday too and DS this am was weird...not even having any boxes to check...
Is something going on that they're working on, or is it just my computer for some reason...never had these problems before, and every other aspect of my computer is fine right now btw...
No it is not your computer, Monday morning is a bad time for all surveys, I had that happen to me today, I just keep logged in on the survey page with no options, go back with my back arrow and sometimes a suvrey will pop in for me. GF just has not really loaded new surveys for this month I think. If they do it is just one or two. I have not had options is a while.

I haven't had any issues today with the exception of there being no surveys for me to take. Technically everything is working fine on my end for them.

The same thing is happening to me too and I know it's not my computer. For whatever reason GF must be having some tech issues that are affecting some and not others. I tried for a DS very early this morning (4:30 am) with no tech issues (no surveys for me), but when I starting trying again just now have the tech issues. I'm sure it will get straightened out soon.
I just had a survey that asked me to join a health advisory panel. I answered the health and demographic questions and put in my name and e-mail and did not get sent back to SR. I was a little suspicious when it came up as a survey, but I took a chance and it didn't give the congrats screen. I did report it just in case it helps GF pull it.
