I just have to say thank you to Cindy for all the work she is doing right now for SR and for us. Thank you....
I do the same exact thing. What ever email I'm using I open up the account so I can click on the confirm email. It's been emptied before I do the offer and after I confirm.
If my name is on there, thier full of crud!!!! I've gotten credit from them AND have clicked on the confirm email.
I'm off to look to see if I have any of them saved.
Cindy I just saw that you sent them a letter with confirmations that other's have emailed you, do you still need more if I have them?
Thanks for taking good care of us!

Have the credits been revoked yet? I'm just curious b/c I'm 100% certain I clicked on the confirmations b/c I click on everything, plus I remember talking about them in the Auto Credit thread for those who were not getting credit. So if I'm on the list then something definitely fishy. I always delete them after clicking though to keep my inbox clean, will start keeping them longer now.
Thanks for all of the work Cindy!
Thank you. I have found one for Surveys for fun that I can forward if needed. Just let me know! Thanks for all of your hard work!
MAn, I did confirm, went to look for them, and CANNOT find them. GRRR:(
Thanks Cindy for sticking up for us!
Cindy,
I have a confirmation email that i found today and clicked on to confirm....I need to know how to send it to you. It was for what she has to say on October 17 and I got credited for it right away. Mine , like others, was in my spam folder and luckily had not been deleted.
I looked and checked for surveys becuase I just did one yesterday that credited. I usually confirm them and then delete them. I will keep looking. Thanks for your hard work Cindy. I guess the worse thing that can happen is I can loose a few bucks but, I wont do anymore of their surveys ever again if they do.

That stinks. Thanks for keeping us posted!
Mine are still pending. Don't know if I missed the confirmation e-mails.
I think that I may be one of the guilty parties, but not on purpose. I was on vacation for a couple of weeks and when I came back I was trying to catch up on some offers. I have 2 separate e-mails one personal and one for offers and for some reason when I put in the e-mail on one of the offers I used the 1st part of one e-mail address and the 2nd part of my other e-mail address by mistake. I don't know what made me realize that I even did that, just later that day it came to me and I think that it was WSHTS. I don't mind if they revoke the credit, because it was my mistake, I just hope I don't get in trouble with SR.
I got one or two confirmation e-mails from Winning Surveys and could not get the confirmation to open...
I think I have done all 3 offers, And have confirmed with them as well.
I really like SR and I certainly dont want to or have intentions to be deceptive. I hope I dont loose any credits.:(
I deleted mine after I clicked on them. :(
I'm sure my name is on this list because, color me stupid, I've never seen anything about confirmation e-mails. I've gone through MANY spam e-mails and I'm not seeing anything that I ever should have confirmed with.
This is a big oops on my part!
Michael
Around 10/15, this is when I rec'd mine.

I think they were put up right before the Disney Cashout.
I believe I clicked on my confirmation emails. I usually always check my email after doing an offer because I don't know which ones require you to confirm your email. Unfortunately, I deleted them after confirming. By the way, how do you know which offers send you a confirmation email? Is there anyway we can start a list of those?
The only way to really tell is to use Janet's method of clearing out your email and spam folders and keeping it open as you do offers. I have some known ones listed in the FAQ thread but it would be nearly impossible to try and keep track of every offer. I'll try to make a mental note to add in if it had a confirm or not when I post in the auto credit thread. Hopefully other people will as well.
Cindy,
I have all three of them still in my spam box. I did confirm 2 right away... but found a third one that I hadn't, so I confirmed it today after reading this.
If you need/want me to forward them to you, please let me know where to send them to.
Faith
Here is what I received when I attempted to confirm What She Has to Say by clicking on an icon (there was not a URL in the email):
'We're sorry. A problem was encountered processing your data. Please check the email you received - you may need to cut and paste the whole URL into your address bar, as some email programs will cause them to break to a second line.'
I found two in my spam folder. I had to go through thousand - I must get 2000 a day! I went ahead and confirmed although I don't know if it will help at this point.
I never confirm with the emails. I didn't know that I had to. Does it say you have to confirm in an email after you finish doing the offer? How do we know we are supposed to be confirming emails? Does it say that on here somewhere? I can't remember reading about it if we do. I did read the FAQ thread. I am still a little lost on this site but I am learning a little more than I did. So, after we do offers then I need to make sure and look for an email. I usually get about 200-300 spammers each day so that is going to take some time.
Janet, I tried your method last night. I opened a new account and clicked on the confirmation right away. Took just a few extra minutes!!! I too, am probably on that list although I continue to receive tons of spam from them! Sorry for all the hassle!!!!
Still going round and round with them. They are saying that the email addys they have are bouncing back and therefore not real. I tried the same addys and only had one do it. We've probably sent 8 emails back and forth since yesterday, and our rep is doing what she can. She thinks I'm really mad at her so she is meeting with her boss to see what can be done. I volunteered to send her the exact email I sent to the email addys, let her try it, and see if they bounce back. I think the advertiser is trying to scam both of us because their explanation is not holding any water with me.
I find it really strange that these sites have already sold our e-mail addresses, reaped the rewards for me and other site members getting lots of spam resulting from those sites, then turning around and trying to say the e-mail addresses aren't real. So..........it seems to me, they want to get paid for our e-mail addresses, but don't want to pay us for providing them with them by stating they are not real. Nice scam!
Cindy:
Have them try this: Make THEM send another email to everyone they want to revoke---I guarantee those of us who didn't reply to the confirmation, either because they didn't know they had too, or simply forgot---will make sure they send back the confirmation ASAP to verify the account. I know I will keep bumping up this thread to let everyone know of this action. I think burden of proof should rest with them. Just as everyone before me has said, I get thousands of emails each week and they are the ones profiting!
wow I had no clue anything was going on . I will go check my e-mail now .
Sarah
I wonder if the advertiser's email address is somehow accidently added to the blocked email address list of those people. I know that sometimes AOL will do that to me. I will delete a message without reading it and somehow the next one from the email address won't go through. Just a suggestion.
Have you been told directly that you are one with an invalid email address?
I know that gmail seems to "screen" so much of my mail. Several times when I've used that account for an offer, I've waited for a confirmation email and never got it. Checked both spam and regular and it never showed up so I had to resend the confirmation and it seemed to work the second or third time. It's really strange.
I did that last What She Has to Say with my gmail address too, and I kept checking for a confirmation email but one never showed up. I didn't get credit for it but I didn't expect to since the confirmation email never came.
When you mark something as spam and delete it, the host (yahoo, gmail) then blocks that sender, right? That may be where the problem lies, as others have mentioned.
