Ok, that's it! This whole Greenfield thing has got me so upset that I needed some retail therapy, so I bid on something on eBay (& won it too:cooldance: ) but I forgot to log into eBay through SR....so now I won't get credit! Dangit, out $0.80 for the survey, & NOW out $0.32 for my eBay win!! Dangnabit! :p
That sure does sound right.
I agree. Of course, we have continuously tried to HELP Greenfield do things better. I even sent a big email about that bizarre car survey with the A, B,C, etc boxes with the descriptions of cars, because it was *offered* to me several times, but despite answering the exact same way each time, different things were happening, including some fairly spectacular errors...I told them clearly what had happened and what was happening, and they never replied at all.
We tried to help them, and then this happens.
Certainly hope they look at my email addresses, to see that my household only finished and got credit for FOUR surveys last month, and that was with switching emails and having both DH and I try. It is quite obvious that just switching email address isn't a guarantee that you're going to actually get a survey, finish a survey, or get credit for a survey.
I don't think I've used more than 2 emails but the demographics on them would change depending on who was doing the survey. If they let me back on, I would just try and get them myself but that will likely only be a few a month :(
I know this must be stressful for you as you try and work it out. :hugs:
