re:SH: I got the SH greeting card one over month ago. That one never credited, in fact, I don't think I've heard of anyone getting credit for that one.
Re: GF: I've never had that happen on a GF daily survey. I have had it happen on a M02(also Greenfield). Several times. For me, I found that I was rushing thru surveys in order to get them done. What seemed to work for me was slowing down, and takng my time-not click, click, click-if that makes sense. If I find myself rushing thru, I'll get up, throw a load of laundry in or something, just so the survey doesn't flag me as "not giving thoughtful answers" or whatever. Hope that helps.
Yes, it does happen every once in a while. Either there was something somewhere in there where you didn't qualify or they have it flagged for a quality control issue.Quote:

i think i just took the longest mv ever. it said it was suppose to be 45 minutes long on automobiles but it took a little over an hour to finish the whole thing. it was interesting enough although it was kind of long. on the bright side, it did credit so that makes it all worthwhile.:party:
Some days are really good and some days, not so much.
I've been having terrible luck since Friday. Between DH & I we've only qualified for 2 surveys in the last 48+ hours, only one of which credited. :(
marcymajor - I think we had the same survey. It was so long! I think my eyes were crossed by the time I finished. :rotfl:
Very strange:confused: I did the SSI this morning and it just credited, but it credited as the SSI2 for .50 - anyone have this happen?
i've been trying since 6:45am this morning to get a DS, with no luck. looks like it's time to try something else.
just spent over 45 minutes on a sh about loyalty programs and i was getting to the end and a page came up saying that internet explorer cannot display the webpage. refreshed the page about 15 times and it finally came back so that i could finish it and it actually credited.
no luck getting a DS today-got the "technical issues" page this morning; and now, it keeps routing me to closed surveys-four in all:confused:.
Disney Judi-had the same question last week. Did you get a SSi yesterday-and either try or get a SSi2 yesterday? And have you cleared cookies? The way-Marcy-I think-explained it to me, is that SSi will credit the last survey you tried-whether or not you actually got one. In any case, click back in this thread, a page or so, and you'll see her answer and how to fix it.
I just completed a SH survey and it redirected to the sr page but it did not give me credit.:( I know cookies were cleared b/c I had to sign in....what happened?:cry:
Completed SH, got an error that said to refresh my browser which I did; did not credit. Now there are none. This is the 3rd survey I have completed since last evening that did not credit or "do not qualify". :cry:
No DS, no SSI. Surveys sure have become scarce the last couple of days; hope things improve as the month goes along.
sounds like my night last night, took and finished a SSI never credited, took and finished a MV for the final page stating NULL and then a SM completed one that I never took, spending more than 30 mins on to see sorry you dont qualify
Just finished a MV that ended with click here to exit, which brought me to the log in page for MV...not the usual automatic kind and it did not credit....I knew instantly that it wouldn't credit, it ended in a really different way. :(

that happens to me ALL THE TIME and it is quite frusterating especially when I only have about an hour a day to do surveys to take the time and have them not qualify, I have the most trouble with that one doing it.

I am having problems as well. The demo screen included an extra box that said something about "I would like to do Toluna surveys". didn't check that off, click start and it just sits there,does not load. got out, cleared, tried again, that new box is gone this time but when I click "start survey" nothing happens.Quote:

All I get is the page where you check off the qualifiying statements and there is nothing there other than one box that says 'none of the above' and there isn't anything above. I've tried checking the box, start survey, but it never loads. I only use IE for SR as well.
I had GF pop up in a new tab yesterday for me. I thought it was a little different, but it completed and creditted like normal, so no big deal. I do have my IE settings set to open link in new tab rather than new window though so it's less annoying.
Also was able to get and complete a GF this morning with that box checked. Again, I use IE exclusively for SR. I'm not sure if that will help solve any problems, but it might not hurt to try.
Just a heads up....SSI just had a different look too. I did get and complete a survey that should credit at 1. The new look is after the page with your DOB, there are a bunch of demographic questions. Again, not a big deal...if this helps them weed out some of the surveys I don't qualify for, I'm all for it.
:computer: 1st SSI i've been able to get in a week and it doesn't go to the star page!! and of course it is a survey that requires your name and address to complete. :computer:
Was it about a mobile phone panel? I got that one--you need to confirm your email. Once I did that, it DID take me to the star page and DID credit.Quote:

Wow..every single survey today is totally messed up..plus, had 3 that said I was 'in' then ooops..not for you. Also, yesterday I was qualified and the bar had me at 30% completed when it decided I didn't qualify at all. Very frustrating.
I forget...what's the normal timeframe for SSI crediting? And should I click the "new survey" button to make sure it was all sent through (after doing the evaluation), or do I just close out that window?
molly-ssi surveys usually credit at the top of the hour and you do not have to click the new survey button - just close the window. hth.:sunshine:

I just leave it open at that page in a different tab for a while until it credits. It may be me, but I figure it lets the cookies do their thing and ensures they do it. It works for me.Quote:
