it's not just you...some of them are so blurry, it's impossible to read. I keep asking for a new one until I get one that I can understand.Quote:

I was just taking that one and got through two sets of value questions and all the quality control then started answering questions about the values of a company (which is wild since I just visited their plant last week) and after 3 questions I got the you do not qualify :(Quote:

i've been trying for a couple of hours now to get an ssi and i still keep getting the plain blank white page. i wonder if that means they don't have any surveys or if there might be a problem. has anyone been able to get one today?:confused:

I posted yesterday about the blank, white page for SSI. It happened a couple of times to a number of members each time. In March I had 4 days where all I got for SSI was that darn white page.
SCard-r u getting the white page now also or r u able to get an ssi survey? it's kind of weird that it would be happening to a group of us but not all of us.:confused:

Not really a technical question, but a heads-up:
Just completed a SH on technology that was about 30 minutes long and had more quality questions embedded in it than I have ever seen. It left me bleary-eyed and I had to pay extremely close attention, but it did credit! :clap:
I've noticed a lot more quality checks in most surveys recently; I've really slowed down to make sure I don't miss one. Had one a few weeks back where it said "for quality control please click 3". So I did and got booted!Quote:

jennifers-i totally understand your frustration with surveys today as i too have experienced what u have described but at least you got to attempt an ssi2 today. have been trying all day long just to get an ssi and i still keep getting the plain blank white page. when i get frustrated i walk away from my computer for a while, get something to drink, relax and then i try again later. keep smiling - i promise it will get better.:sunshine:

i just spent almost an hour doing a ds on a certain department store where i had to watch videos and give my opinion on them and when i went to submit it instead of getting the congrats page i got the page that said they were experiencing technical difficulties and to try again later. had lots of problems with this survey as the videos would not load and had to refresh the page twice and it took me back to the beginning twice to start the survey again. oh well, you win some you lose some. guess i can try again.

It does appear that you did not qualify for this survey based upon your answers during this study.
I did not rush and there were no trick questions. The demo questions at the end took longer than the survey itself.:mad:

I don't have much free time to do surveys currently, but seeing a few people have had problems with SSI's, I tried this morning to see if I got the white page. Although I didn't qualify for any of the 10 or so surveys it gave me a chance to try, I didn't get the white page or find anything unusual. Strange that only some people are effected while others aren't.Quote:
