Don't forget that sometimes when you do not get routed back to SR and can still take another survey, your credit gets imported into the system 2 or 3 weeks later. So it can actually be a good thing because all of a sudden one day you may end up with 2 survey credits.

Right. Sometimes when you don't get returned, it's because it is a survey hosted by a different company. That explains why a handful of people all of a sudden got a "surprise" credit the other day.

how we would know if we got credit for that survey if we don't go back to sr or get the congrats page? does it automatically just show up and what happens if you delete your cookies after doing a survey - does that screw things up or would you then get credit also? i hate to ask so many dumb questions but it does not make sense to me how you can get credit for a survey when you don't get the exceeded message or the congrats page. someone please help me to understand this. thanks.

Greenfield hosts certain surveys on their system. If you complete one, they mark down your email address that you cannot get another survey for the next 24 hours. But if Greenfield sends you to another site to take the survey, they will not know that you completed that survey automatically. They will not know until they hear back from that company maybe in a week or two weeks. So Greenfield will let you take another survey. But then your extra will still appear at some point.

Does that make sense?

it sorta makes sense but the survey that was taken was a sm survey not a daily survey - does that make a difference?

It could very well be that we don't end up getting credit on those for SM surveys because the way that we get the credit is if you are returned to that YourTwoCents or whatever final page.

i guess today has not been the day for surveys - well there is always tomorrow so everyone keep your fingers crossed that greenfield gets their act together or there will be a lot of very upset people ranting on the forum again. keep smiling everybody.
