Argh! Another auto survey sucker here! Took the whole dang thing and then got a "System Maintenance" error after it thanked me for completing the survey - ARGH!!!!

I wish I had checked here first about the auto survey. He got the error message at the end too. My DH is not going to be very happy when I tell him he has to take another survey.

Something is very odd for me, and I am just a bit concerned. I don't get any options, just 'if you are not so and so, click here' and under it the 'start survey' button. So when I click that, it says, there are no surveys for you. Have I done something wrong, or are there just not surveys today?? Has this happened to anyone else?

I think you may be in the 24hour rut. I do mine at night and if I try for one during the day that is what I get, too! Just keep checking back!

It sounds like there just aren't any if your not getting any options. The exceeding message would put you on the 24 hr time slot, but I know when I took mine at 8am this morning I only had 2 options to choose from.

My husband did the auto one the other day and it didn't credit. He did however get an email with a follow up survey for it today! The only thing you can do with that is laugh.

I just got that email too!
It states "Please be assured that your original participation has been counted,..." but I haven't received credit!


edited to add: I figured I'd try the link in the email and I did the follow up survey and it brought me back to SR and acts like I completed a survey for today (which i had just tried and gotten a none available message just before following the link in the email.) We'll see if it credits tommorow!

Do you happen to be a 30-something white woman? Because I'm getting the same thing. Well I had one choice this morning and that was it. I don't think I'll have any tomorrow. I guess I'm just too "average".

Yeah, actually I am! Unfortunately for us, that's a very common demographic and the quota gets filled up quick sometimes, no doubt.
But I did try again, and have some luck - then, I had one choice and managed to get a survey about hotels by some stroke of luck.

I don't know if being 30 and white is the problem , I'm 31 and white and have gotton one 10 out of 11 days this month.

It wasn't about a hotel where you had to evaluate their website was it? Because I got that earlier in the week and it didn't take me back to SR and I never received credit. I hope that's not the one you got too!
