It's almost time to get my DH his summer work wardrobe and I would like to do it through here since your customer service is so much better than the site he uses.

Rochester turned us down. Said we don't the kind of clientele that they are looking for basically. I could always appeal, but I have no desire to work with a company that thinks they are too good for us when we have so many others that are wonderful to work with.

Some of these places don't like the fact we use coupons or do cash back and in their minds act like we draw in scum because our people want to save money. They are wrong to assume such so I guess they don't need our business. It really their loss.
