i have been trying since around 6:30 this morning to do a survey and when i click start survey all i get is an hour glass and nothing happens. is anyone else having this problem or am i alone in this isssue?

Same problem for me except for it eventually ended and took me back to the first selection screen.

Now I have a blank page.

I think I'll try later. If they are having problems, I don't want to hit a glitch in the middle of a survey - especially one which could be 15-20 minutes into it.

at least i now know that i am not alone and it isn't me or my computer. i guess gr is having a bad day with their website. hopefully they will fix whatever problems they are having so we can all attempt to do their surveys today.

the DS are up and running again (gr must have fixed the problem) but now it says i don't qualify for anything and it doesn't even ask me any questions to check. i didn't get anything yesterday and it looks like i won't get any today either. what a bummer. UGH!!!!!

I hope we haven't been locked out again???? I cleared cookies and accidentally typed my email address incorrectly. The result? I had a lot of options to choose from. After I realized my mistake, I cleared my cookies again and typed my email address correctly. I had NO options to choose from. I hope this isn't a repeat of last month??

Same here Never qualified for anything yesterday (except the pasta sauce ) and now it says there are no surveys for me. Still have lots of time left today so I am remaining hopeful.
