i'm sorry that you are having such a bad day with surveys - i can totally relate and empathize with you. today is another day and we can always hope that there will be a survey for everyone. keep smiling.

I did a Amp survey around 11:00 this morning I had forgot to put it in my pending. It has not credited to my account as of yet. Did it not credit cause I did not put it in my pending? I did get the thank you page at the end.

Even if you don't put something into pending, it should credit as usual. This one credits by cookies, so I'm not sure what happened.

I had one like that yesterday, I was supposed to watch a video but it would not play and it said it loaded. Then it wouldn't let me do another one saying I had exceeded the limit. Today I got a great one that only took 10 min. and it credited without a problem. You win some, you lose some.
