i'm still not getting any options for the ds. i have been trying for hours and it has been well over 24 hours since i took my last ds so i have no idea why i can't get one now. help.

same here when i got the survey that stalled on me this morning i had several other options, but when i closed it, i went back to the survey page and all my options were gone and there's STILL nothing. that's really frustrating.

it's nice to know that i am not alone but as you say it is very frustrating as i have managed to get a ds every day except for today and two sundays ago when i couldn't even get one survey that day. i am going to keep trying but if i get nothing by around 7 tonight i guess i will give up. there is always tomorrow and hopefully we will be able to get one.

I hope nothing is going on with them again, but it seems strange that more people are being locked out. I had over 8 things to choose from this morning, and then I got the "no survey's for you, try again tomorrow.

I just went back and tried, and there were 3 choices. I tried for 3 and got booted out, I am going to go back and try again.

I guess my mantra here is just keep trying. I didn't give up and I finally got a DS on dining out habits! It took until this afternoon but I will get my credit and I am still heading for SM status.

Keep trying, don't give up.

still no options at all, not even after clearing cookies and logging back in. this is not fair-i had lots of options this morning and they yanked them all after ONE survey froze on me.

still nothing. i'm beginning to think that somehow there's a glitch and the survey that froze this morning is keeping me from getting another, b/c i'm getting the "sorry no surveys available" message EVERY time i try (not even the "none of the above" button is showing) and that's what happens after you complete a survey and try again just to make sure it's recorded.

don't give up - i finally got one about pain relievers and i actually completed it and got the congrats page. it took all day for me to get one and i never gave up trying so there is hope for you yet. just keep on trying.

I GOT ONE!! just completed a survey about computer products and services and got the congrats page-after almost 12 hours (off & on) of trying! *stands up and does my victory dance*
