That's exactly what happened to me today, too! I was truly baffled why I didn't qualify after completing the entire kids survey (and I took my time), but whatever. I ended up with the cellphone one too which was a piece of cake. I was worried I'd get the dreaded not qualified page but was happy to see a congrats page! That makes 15 for me this month. So I've made the smaller bonus. I'm happy with that.
