congrats on getting a ds. since this survey was an otx you might not be able to take another otx survey today but you can at least give it a try. i had one like that last month too (where it came from gf but turned out to be an otx survey) and i wasn't able to get an otx till the next day. hopefully, it will work for you. have a great weekend.
