I can't speak for others, Tricia, but I noticed my envelope had a small slit in the bottom - probably 1 inch or less. I don't know how big this gift was, but would it be possible that it slid out through there? It looked more like the slit was from wear and tear of the good old postal system rather than someone deliberately opening it.

Well, if that was the case, I wouldn't blame them. I would have joined right in! I opened a trouble ticket like Cindy told a previous poster to do.

It must be a pretty darn good gift if they are being stolen? I wouldn't know because I didn't even get the empty envelope? Maybe it will show up tomorrow?

I had the same thing happen. I'm glad I'm not the only one. I had a feeling it might have fallen out, as I think I've had that happen with another envelope someone else sent me with a keychain inside and the envelope didn't feel lumpy or anything like it usually does. I think the gift sounds really cool and useful from the letter too.

No slit on my envelope - just double checked it. I was starting to wonder since mine and Spring's would have gone through the same CT postal sorting facility...I was worried that they employed a SM gift eating machine, LOL!!

Well as sorry as I am to hear that some of ya'll were missing your gift, I am glad I am not the only one. I was so excited to open the envelope that when I didn't see anything, I thought I had dropped it out. So, I started looking for it (I was on the bed) but never found it.

Off to file a TT...
